We wanted one of these dolls for my neices collection but dont plan on giving it to her until she is a bit older as she still tends to pull heads off randomly- and she is barely four years old so no, it's not that strange. The doll is slightly shorter than Barbie and similar to the height (only the height of the Disney Adoorbs or Decora line. We chose Deerle because she looked super cute and so did her pet. The pet, I believe, was the only accessory she came with aside from the crazy opening procedure- if you want to do this...but it can be easily skipped and saved for later. That part is more designed for the younger ones who will find the colour mixing fun. The price was higher than the other mixie Pixlings but it was still at retail and this doll is higher quality and has special functions like hair that changes colour when heated or "outside in the sun" and her pet accessory is cuter then she is. I was kind of disappointed with her face mold / makeup styling but can't take off a star because she doesnt look like the company mock-ups. Something about the ear position and her eyes appear drooping and oblong.

Another cutie from the Pixilings! I only have Pippa, and I know I will need the other two!As an adult collector, I find the packaging to just be a big waste of plastic. I understand the wonder and appeal for children, though. I do wish there could be a middle ground - maybe collector packs with the full set, sans excessive packaging.My feelings on that aside, I love Pippa! The addition of a little pet is excellent. Her hair is soft and easy to brush, and her face is very cute. She was a great value!Pippa's gimmick is color change to heat. While it does work, the effects aren't very noticeable and revert back very quickly. I tried getting results using a heat gun, but flew a little close to the sun and learned their hair is very meltable. That's an oopsie on me (it's not that bad though!). Take away - just use your hands; it doesn't last long anyways haha.

I am a grown up who enjoys fairies so I got myself the little dragonfly girl as a treat. Inner child and joyous whimsy and all that. Anyway, Cute doll! Potion making steps were skipped to avoid mess so I can't say anything about that, but I can say she fits right in on my shelf next to my Miku fairy figure. Not sure what to do with the extra hair accessories they give you as the hair is already done in a pretty cute style. Good quality plastic, and I appreciate the poseablility with the arms, but kind of wish I could pose the legs too.

Very cute bought it for seven year-old she loved it. He’s a use fine. Great gift value yes size same size as the box softness playability yeah good.

Third wave of Magic Mixies Pixlings are1000% adorable! Love the little pet & also comes with additional accessories of hair barrettes, rubber bands, comb, stand. I don’t think these are worth it if the price is over$17 - $ 20 there are too many to collect. The gimmick of potions is a magical add for kids. I don’t believe there are refills for the potions but you can 100% put the doll back and do the reveal again. Hopefully Moose Toys will follow up with potion refills like the other Magic Mixies reveal toys.Cons are lots of plastic for a 6” doll the outer genie bottle, the inner tube, the plastic around the doll, the plastic packaging and a plastic doll with plastic hair & accessories. Besides the doll it’s a lot of throw away plastic so I’ll likely store dolls inside the bottles. The bottles are very cute but bulky.

Thes magic mixes are adorable . I got one for my granddaughter and now she wants them all. Well made not just a doll but a little activity as well. Mixing it and saying the magic words she loved it
