Don't stick
I would advise you to buy tape so if don't fall off.. with out it it will wash off in the shower... I just was laying on my bed and it come off ... So buy tape .. and be ready for crazy dreams .. this is y I gave only four stars

Doesn't cause itching and helps with cravings
I combined this with the quickmist because it didn't completely help with mouth cessation. But the quickmist became another addiction.This product was definitely the best solution by itself to help achieve an nicotine addiction-free life. It also didn't create rashes compared to other brands.

Very poor quality, patches gave me a reaction rash, when buying same product from a shop no reaction. Would not buy again.
