Peter Pan in Return to Neverland [DVD]

Now let me begin by saying I love the original. It is one of the real classics like Cinderella. However the advancement today since when the original was made obviously provides production values that are well done. Not over done. Well done. But the key here to this movie is finding the right balance to follow on from a classic ensuring the right feel is captured. Disney in my opinion hit a home run on this movie, one of their better attempts to expand their library. See, Cinderella 2 and 3 don't work, at least for me but Peter Pan 2 while not up there with some modern day stories like Nemo or Cars, PP2 is and must be linked to its past and because of this some critics may say this movie fails. It doesn't. It's brilliant. Well done Disney.

Great new telling of Peter Pan. Although the War is probably meant to be in 1940, it is a bit confusing to pin down exactly but once in Neverland, is good and sort of tells the story Wendy's daughter and how the war has affected her and the stories of Peter Pan. She is wisked away and tries to get home after a while. Hook can help her but she needs to betray Peter and his friends, but will she do this? Although not the original Peter Pan story, it is a good modern version. Parts of the original play is also part of the storyline with her daughter.

thank you for my item this DVD is so loevly and it is so worth buying if you have got the Film of Peter Pan this story end's at the end of this Story of Peter Pan and it goes start to this DVD it is so fun to watch and anyone can have this if you Love Peter Pan and this is the one to get and this serivce is the one to go for. Peter Pan is the same from the very frist Diseny film and enjoy this DVD you will love it.I got it safely though the post too

got this out of Nostalgia and it's still as good as i remember, one of the better Sequel worth the wath

Excellent film

My son is a big Peter pan fan, however the film is definately not as good as the first Peter pan, however we did enjoy the film as it has most of the original characters, except for the croc, which is replaced by an octopus!

Not as good as Peter Pan but it still gives me a break from my Peter Pan crazy son

A good sequel to the original Disney classic Peter Pan, but nowhere near as enchanting as the original.
