Great read!!
I loved reading about Tia's journey from her childhood to being the fittest woman on earth. Very motivational. I also loved her explanations at the end for recovery, core work, and nutrition. Very helpful. Very good read and highly recommend. I can't wait to read her second book coming out soon.❤️💜😍

A great read
I loved this book. It was well written and flows. After reading this book Tia became my favorite CrossFit'er. When she looses she says she lost and explains what she did wrong. In the entire book she never once gives an excuse or blames someone else or pushes the blame on circumstances. She takes full responsibility. When she wins an event or the games she rarely ever says, "I won" or this is what I did right. She says we won and explains the reasons her coach set her up in an adventagous position due to training or preparation. All of her successes she states is largely because of her coach and husband. She talks about her husband with so much kindness and respect- like no other athlete I've read about. She's fully into the team concept of her, her camp, and supporters.

Great short read!
I liked that she was open to expressing her emotions on each of the times she did not succeed as she would have liked! It was a great short read that allowed for clips of her life that she felt most important to the contribution of her success. It does jump from time to time but it's as if it's a conversation where stories of her life pop into her head as she is considering what helped to shape her!

Such a fun read!
I have been watching the CrossFit documentaries and watched the CrossFit games this year as well, which lead me to buy this book. My family cheered on Tia, and my 5 year old always says she wants to be strong like Tia! I read this book in one night! It was written like you're sitting down with the person and they are telling you their story. It's very simple, but so exciting at the same time! Just a fun and inspirational read. Love the dynamic between Tia and Shane as well! Keep it up Tia, you're truly an inspiration and such an example of what hard work and determination can help a person accomplish! - Kasey

Great read for a CrossFitter!
I purchased this book because I really like Tia and her story. This book was an inspiration to me, and it would be for others as well. I enjoyed getting a glimpse into the life of Tia and how she got to wear she is today.

Really Short Book for the Price
Got this for my husband because he really enjoys reading about fitness. I thought the $30 price tag was a lot but, hey, it's a book about fitness. When the book arrived, I was very disappointed to see how short the book is. It is a quick read. I asked my husband how much he thought I paid for the book and his guess was $12. He was floored when I told him how much it cost. I recognize the audience is small, but the price is just too hefty for what it is.

Always inspirational!
Tia-Claire writes exactly how she speaks - if you have ever watched an interview with her, you will hear her voice in your head as you read the book. She discusses her fitness formation spans the past decade, but this book also shows you glimpses into her relationship and mindset (something we can all learn from). It is an easy read - I got through it in a three hour flight (and I am not a fast reader), but it gave me motivation to head to the gym after I got to my destination.

Love Tia’s story!
I loved this book! I watched Tia’s win on a Netflix documentary and to me she was one of the most humble competitors. She is an amazing athlete from a humble background who really had to work for everything she got. Her relationship with her husband/coach Shane is beautiful. They make an amazing team. Whether you just workout for fitness like me or if you are an athlete in any field you can relate to her struggles, self confidence issues and her ultimate victories over all make her an amazing role model.
