Well designed
The most intelligently designed EVOO containers I have ever seen. The "bottle," while it is plastic, has a cap dispenser that will almost completely eliminate oxidation.

Eh, it's ok
Love the oil, clean taste but not very strong. I like the idea of the cap, but oil gets all over the top so make sure you wipe it when you use it.

Great olive oil
I cook a lot and use olive oil frequently. This is a great olive oil. It is light enough to use for dressings and I also use it for sautéing. It has a great flavor.
