Quality
Our business runs Ricoh printers and they hold up extremely well without any issues. The SP C360SFNW is an amazing printer for the price. The printer has so many features, its a bit complex to set up. Set up takes some time, but works great once it is set up. Overall not bad to set up if you tech savy. If you want a printer that works out of the box as far as software, I recommend Brother. If you want a quality, long lasting, amazing prints, ID scans, double sided scans, fast prints, business printer, 7000 page high yield ink cartridges (black), with a 7" screen that does more detailed features and options, I recommend Ricoh all the way. Even the plastic it was manufactured with is quality.

UPDATE: The document scanner had a small piece of plastic lodged in it -- easily removed, and the printer works great.
Purchased last month, but only have had time to test it over the last couple of days. Love the speed and quality of the printouts for text documents (images looked good too), but the document scanner does not work. It pulls the paper through approximately 2/3 of the way, then suddenly jerks it sideways and jams. (Disregard this; the issue was easy to resolve (see below).UPDATE: I called RICOH and thought I was being given the 'run-around', but I was wrong, and had called the wrong number; I called the business account number (I bought the printer for home use), and the associate suggested I seek warranty coverage through the original vendor, Adorama Camera. I sent an email to Adorama and received a reply that day. They would be happy to return it, as it was still within the 30-day-return time frame, and offered no warranty service. I later spoke with an Adorama representative who confirmed they would return it, and offered to have someone come out to my place of residence to pack it up. The printer weighs about 93 lbs. The customer service from Adorama was excellent, and the RICOH representative was also helpful, if not misinformed. But it was my fault for not calling the correct number. So, I consulted the warranty that came with the printer and reached a very helpful women who registered my printer and told me I would be contacted by a technician, who emailed me that night. He arrived the next morning, and repaired the printer in under 5 minutes. A stray piece of plastic (source unknown) was stuck in the document feeder. He pulled it out and the printer worked great.Overall customer service was excellent from both RICOH and Adorama. As for the printer, I like it. Print quality is quite good and fast, as is the scanner, but this printer is designed with small businesses in mind, and the learning curve is steep, unless you are already an IT guy.

Scanner didn't work
The scanner showed SC121-00 error and didn't work. Tech support was unable to fix the issue on the phone. I returned the device.

Amazing value, best printer for the money — bar none.
Simply stated, this is an incredible machine for the money. You cannot go wrong. Buy it. Genuine toner is some of the lowest priced toners on the market. Print quality is second to none. Build quality is fantastic. Display is clear and easy to use. Scanner is one-pass double sided and extremely fast for a machine at this cost. Scan to file, scan to email, print speeds and quality of prints are second to none. This Ricoh is a winner. Buy it.Also, a note about Adorama. They rock. The first unit I ordered had issues and they handled it exactly how you’d expect a premium retailer to handle it. A replacement is now working great and I’ll certainly buy from them again without hesitation. They have fantastic customer service and low prices to boot.

Can't print Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) files on Mac OSX
I loved everything about this printer except that it can't print Acrobat (*.pdf) files from Mac OSX. Output from other programs worked fine. But PDF documents would come out blurry double printed with bad registration so that it just looked blurry. We tried every setting imaginable. The Ricoh technician came to our office and updated the firmware. But the problem persisted. The problem was only with Acrobat files. If I opened an Acrobat file in Adobe Illustrator, the problem went away for B&W, but persisted for the color portions of the page. Finally Ricoh said we needed to buy a special "postscript" card for the printer, so we returned it. Too bad. Otherwise it might have been a fantastic printer. It might work fine with Windows. We didn't try that be cause most of our documents are Acorovat files and we run Macs & Linux.

Seriously? You get this for under $400? How is that possible?
This is the kind of product that when you open it up, you wonder how much the world has sold their collective soul to China, because this product should not be priced under $1000. In fact, when I set it up in my office, I asked various people to guess what it costs, and some guessed as much as $2000. I purchased another printer for $100 less at Sam's club for my home, and I'm really regretting it now. While I'm not going to say this is going to run a large office, it has some extremely well written software with advanced features. Without an hour, I had it doing full color scans and sending those to my email as well as to a shared folder I created on my work machine. The printer even does duplex scanning and printing. Seriously, if you buy another printer in this price range for multi-function, you need to have your brain checked. Yes, the toner is going to set you back a bit when you get done with the starter cartridges, but I can say that it will be worth it.You do need to have some IT savvy to set this up. You'll have to get it connected to a network, then use the web interface to do the hard configuration. I did have to use a video to find out that the mail relay needed to be inputted as an IP address and not a name (despite asking for the relay NAME). But you'll get through it.
