A Gentle, Cold Hug for my Pounding Head
This item really helps ease some of the discomfort from my migraines. It's like a very cool, squishy, perfect pressure hug around my main sensitive zones (eyes, ocular orbital bones, temples, brows, bridge of nose, and forehead). It distributes the pressure of the 'hug' evenly so it's not too tight. The cooling sensation is like a balm. Resting in my favorite quiet and dark space with my snuggly blankets and wearing this is mandatory headache care for me now.

Actually works for my headaches!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This actually works!! I purchased this after having days of migraines and putting this on actually provides some relief. You do have to wait a little bit after you take it out of the freezer but overall I find that it holds it’s temperature very well and for a decent amount of time (longer than the cold towel situation I was using before) but as other reviewers have mentioned it does smell very strong like plastic and it’s kind of gross. The smell has mostly faded now but when I first got it, it was pretty bad.

Amazing product!
Quality:This worked great! I don't get migraines often, but when I do they are pretty bad and this head wrap helped with the symptoms immediately. I had a migraine that woke me up in the middle of the night (intense pain, nausea, dissyness, etc), grabbed it out of the freezer and symptoms instantly receded. Within 5 minutes symptoms were reducing. It helped me to function enough to take my medication and drink some water. I would recommend this to anyone and buy it again!

Not just for headaches
I love this ice pack and it’s not just for headaches. It’s the perfect size for the lower back and I recently learned that they it’s the best ice pack ever for a swollen knee. Just slip it on over sweats. No more fuss.

This was a true BLESSING! I only wish I had purchased it years ago! I bought more than 1 so I could switch them out from the freezer when the gel would get warm. Such an amazing product! They are comfortable & stay cool for a very long time! I highly reccomend!

Miracle worker

This is the best ever. Helps with my migraines and also relaxes me. I sleep with it on that’s how much I love it. The gel inside always keeps it cold enough for me that I rarely even have to put it in the freezer. It’s the best it works so good
