Item came as described.... but without the screws 😡 I'm sure it will be great, once I can actually put it together.Im hoping the seller will reply with the size screws needed so I can get them at Home Depot--UPDATE-- the seller reached out to me and corrected the problem. Contact was immediate and super helpful. I will be a returning customer!

good quality materials, extremely easy to assemble. We also drilled a couple extra holes to screw it to the shelf where it resides, to keep it in place, and that process was very easy.

After looking at the product you could tell it was crafted in a custom wood shop. I am currently working storage in ktchen cabinets. This, by, far, is the best looking and fitting product I purchase. The manufacturer, starting with Re#...., that sells a lot of various products in this space doesn't come close. I wish they had more products that fit my needs. Keep up the excellent work craftsmen. It's a fine idea, in concept, and I think I've made the product functional, if not decorous. The delivery was fine, with the package being fully intact. However, on opening, four of the crossbars on one of the end pieces were broken, one on both ends. I do not think it was damaged in the shipping. With wood glue and clamps, I think I've made it work. I could have used a 2nd unit, it turns out. However, given the relatively high price and the damage on piece #1, I've decided to make do. Jim

Had a wire rack previously dividing my baking trays, muffin pans etc. struggled to just slide one out. This wooden rack is perfect. Would buy again

Bought this to organize my pans above my refrigerator in my new kitchen. It was a little big but nothing my husband couldn’t fox! After a little planing off the top it fit as snug as a bug in a rug. Built ins typically cost $$$$$. I was happy to pay 150 for this.
