Burt's Bees Concealer (Deep)

Terrible concealer!! It's very streaky and even after applying layer after layer (waiting a minute between each layer to build coverage) I still didn't get the coverage I needed. Also, as you can see from the pic I included the color is off. This is supposed to be a light/medium tone and it's as white as a porcelain doll. From left to right Ihave the following concealers: maybelline age rewind, NYX HD, Tarte Shape Tape, Maybelline Fit Me, and lastly Burts Bees. These are all in light/medium and clearly Burts Bees sticks out like a sore thumb. Don't buy this unless you like wasting money and being disappointed.

Burts Bees concealer is the first product that covers the darkened areas below my eyes. I have tried more than twenty concealers, from different manufacturers, they promise much and they don't deliver. This one is the best coverage I have ever had that does a beautiful job, without having to apply very much at all. I use just a tiny dab on my smallest finger and blend it right in the area. I never received compliments, however, that has changed since I started with Burt's Bees Concealer.

I am the master of covering up pimples. I wanted to switch to more natural makeup because of all the terrible ingredients that're in most makeup, but this stuff is not the answer. No matter what I did, (the usual, masterful technique, if I do say so myself) this stuff would not cover anything, and actually made the acne look worse. It highlighted it, in a way, and almost made it look "crusty." What a great word. I'm not going to purchase this product again. Buy at your own risk, but take it from a pimple-covering master: this product is not the answer.

This concealer works well as long as I set with powder after. I would not recommend using it over foundation if you dont use a setting powder. I used Tarte amazonian clay foundation, this concealer seems to remove the foundation underneath if not set with powder.

Takes quite a bit to get good coverage. Kind of dry

The wand is great. The ingredients are great. However, for me it did not blend well over my moisturizer. It laid on top of the skin and smeared. I use Moroccan Argon oil or Clinique, or Arbone moisturizers. Once a week I use rose hips oil. This product wanted to smear with all of these moisturizers. When I use Clinique concealer I do not have this problem.

I like that it doesn't have harmful chemicals but it is quite thin and rubs off easily

I am middle-aged and I wanted a concealer that I didn't have to set with powder for it to stay, as additional powder seems to make any wrinkles more prominent. Most concealers are a bit greasy (I already use under eye cream so there's really no need for the extra oil), and this product seems to do the trick. I am a big fan of Burt's Bees lip products so I'm glad this concealer is a part of their brand.

It's the clean ingredients I like about this product. I have always held back from wearing make-up because of the junk that goes into them; it's great to have a safe alternative.It provides good coverage, as well, and is of a nice consistency.I do find the format a bit small for the price. Doesn't last as long as I'd like it to and would love to find this product in a bigger tube. Nonetheless, I am quite satisfied with it.

Worst concealer I have ever tried. I recently had to give up all chemically made products due to allergies and this product is simply not good. It settles in lines, goes on clumpy and dry, and overall, looks terrible. I would not purchase this product. Look for a better clean makeup company. Although this product is cheap for clean makeup there is a reason why.

Colour is a bit too light. It's a thin texture. It breaks up over moisturizer requiring multiple applications. With several applications it's got okay coverage but nothing amazing. Okay for dark spots but poor undereye circle coverage. Overall not that happy with this.

I am not very good at makeup, but I ran out of concealer and bought this one on a whim (because Burt’s bees!!!), it doesn’t do the greatest job, but it does cover up some lighter blemishes. Bonus: it doesn’t feel heavy or slimey on my skin

Goes on good with great coverage. Was surprised how much I liked it and would buy again. Love how it's mostly natural.
