Just tried for the first time. Tried mixing in milk. I stirred rapidly for over 5 minutes and the powder would still not fully dissolve and mix with the milk. The flavor is as good as unsweetened chocolate can be but I had to drink the dry clumps with the partially dissolved chocolate in the milk. Don’t know why it won’t dissolve but that brings it down to a 2-3 star.

Like any cocoa powder you don't mix it in cold, liquid should be hot for mixing, then cool it down for drinking. The seller states that they use the same size container for whatever quantity you order, so if you order a smaller quantity the jar will not be full. 1200 mg is a very healthy dose per serving. I received my order in 5 days from Willmington DE and it wasn't even Prime 2 day. Yes, it is on the expensive side. I'm very happy with my purchase for the products benefits.Thank You
