I like this! Easy to use, it has a dial you set for the resistance you want. You can take it anywhere and get a good workout in. It makes your arms look great! It is sturdy, and definitely worth the money. Workout at your own pace.

A perfect stress reliever and upper body muscle/strength builder. Chest, wings, shoulders, arms and back workouts. Right now I'm at level 5 and will probably be at level 7 in a month. Had it for a little less than a month and already noticing good results inside and out. This is great for a man with a flabby chest. This is also great for over-the-road truck drivers.

I receive the package on time. I opened and read the minimal instructions so I could use the machine. After the first compressions I noticed that the hydraulic oil was leaking from the seals. What a mess! I called Amazon and with the help from the woman on the other end I was able to send the machine back and get my refund. She did offer to get me another machine but I told her no. If this one leaked from the beginning I was not going to waste my time with another one.

I’ve had it now for two years and started using it more recently. It is built well and works out multiple upper body back and arm muscles. You have to use it consistently at least a few days a week 3 to 5 sets a day at least I highly recommend this product.

This is a great excise piece of equipment, buy it and you will be happy!

I got this several months ago but only used it every so often. I really liked the results when I did use it, but a few months after purchase, it started leaking greasy fluid, and I can't set it down anywhere. Could be that mine was just a faulty Item, but the concept and equipment is great otherwise. It really works your back, shoulders and chest. I'm debating on whether to get another one of a different brand.

Très performant pour le haut du corps

I was enjoying training with this apparatus. However in the third week when I was training biceps I bent the metal support handle. I liked this apparatus but I wished the metal arms were stronger.

Si il y a un seul appareil à avoir chez soi, c'est bien celui-ci. Je m'entraîne depuis une semaine à tout les deux jours et il offre une performance à coupler le souffle. Vous ne vous trompez pas en faisant cet achat je vous le garantie. J'ai essayé tous les appareils et celui est très performant. Je vais écrire encore sur ce bel objet d'ici un mois? Et moi qui a pris un certain temps avant de me décider à l'acquérir. Merci!
