Need this Adapter
The reviews are mixed for some reason, I needed this part to connect to American toilet .. I bought the Toto Washlet 100 and it came with a T which connects to the shutoff valve and to the bottom off the toilet tank. I spent hours trying to fix the leak which comes from the connection on the bottom of the toilet. The even though itโs the same size connection, the thread pattern is different. I think the Toto Washlet T has metric threads. This 6 โ adapter had the correct thread pattern on each end to connect the T to the toilet and shutoff valve. With that, the water hookup took 5 min. If you are buying the Toto Washlet 100, you will need this part for American toilet. Yes...itโs massively overpriced......but they have you by the nads on this adapter

Essential if you don't have a lot of room under your toilet tank
Expensive, but absolutely essential little extender. Some reviews said this does not work with the e350 but I don't understand those reviews. I found this extension hose to be absolutely necessary to install my e350.The e350 comes with a very large T splitter. The size of the splitter makes it cumbersome to install correctly to the bottom of your toilet tank without leaking. This extension hose installs to the bottom of the tank and gives your the room you need to connect it to the T splitter. It's also a non-standard size so you can't find this hose in common hardware stores or the local lowes. This is not a standard toilet waters supply hose. The connection threads are a different size from the common toilet supply lines.

Needed for skirted toilets
Exactly what I needed for my Kohler skirted toilet. I practically gave up on being able to install the Toto Washlet seat after having spent a couple of hours taking apart my toilet to separate the tank from the seat and found no clearance for the t-adapter. I was about to return the Washlet seat when I found this related accessory product. I can't believe I spent hours looking for something like this at Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware and all this time Toto had it available on Amazon - they should have mention this in the washlet installation instructions. I took away one star because of this and the outrageous price - should be no more than $10-15 as compared to similar hose adapters.

I could only find one other seller for a product like this on the web
If you bought this, you know why it's priced the way it is. I could only find one other seller for a product like this on the web, a specialty plumbing supply house. In my case, the idjut who finished the basement toilet was in a hurry and installed the water supply pipe horizontally outside of the wall and made the supply line so the valve virtually hit the supply fitting on the bottom of the toilet tank. No way I could fit a T in there. This priceless little beauty let me shift everything out of the way just enough to get the T installed. It's the only 7/8 male to 7/8 female line I could find without attempting to fabricate one or going to that specialty plumbing supply house.

ridiculous that you have to purchase this.
I purchased a toto bidet seat, which was advertised to permit easy installation. They do not mention that some models have the connection placed in such a way that an extender is needed and the unit needs to be dismounted for the connection, That a further $40 investment is necessary to install a thousand dollar item advertised as a simple install, not to mention a $250 plumbing bill is outrageous.

Fixed Leak
This handy product fixed the leak between my Kohler Cimarron toilet and Toto Washlet S500e. Before, with just the included tri-connector split valve, it leaked in the connector. After installing the hose, no more leak. Below is how I connected it. I think $18 is a fair price.Toilet tank > Hose Extension Kit > Tri-connector > S500e (side hole) & water supply (bottom hole)

Alternative for $8
Expensive but does the job. I had to buy this so I could connect a non toto bidet to my toto aquia. Though this extension cost almost as much as the bidet !Instead of buying this I could have purchase a different quick tee adapter (which connects between the shutoff and the supply line at the floor) for ~$8. Next time.Using this hose the install might look a little better since the bidet connection comes from higher than if you were to put a quick tee adapter at the floor but it depends where you shutoff is.You could get something like: https://smile.amazon.com/LASCO-06-9111-8-Inch-Compression-Outlet/dp/B003B6JC4A/ and then go from your floor supply 3/8 male to tee 3/8F leaving 2x 3/8M connections on the tee. One for the 3/8F to 7/8F ballcock supply and one for the 3/8F to bidet connection.

Should have come in the package
This the perfect part to install the TOTO Washlet on your low profile toilet. Why this isn't included in the box is beyond me. But this does the trick.

Too expensive
Too expensive, but it's only available option for that critical part.

Youโll need this
It is overpriced but does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Could not get it to work.
Mine toilet was very hard to get it but with standard line I was able to get a good seal at the bottom of the tank. With this line, I was not able to get a seal against the tank. The Seal inside the connector does not extend as far as on a normal extension. I had to return this unfortunately.

Just what I needed, but too expensive
Because the plumbers who installed our original toilets didn't think ahead, I used these as an extension for the input water line to our new comfort height toilets. I originally used them on our two main toilets and have now purchased a third for the last toilet in our house to be replaced.Cost is way, way to high for what it is. If anyone else sold these with the same in and out sizes on the threads, they would be about $5-$10. Instead the only available ones anywhere are different sizes on each end.

Overpriced but critical part
To get the toto washlet bidet seat to work with our particular toilet was basically impossible because the T-Junction that connects to the tank wouldn't fit due to the geometry of our particular model of toilet. Finding an extension at the local hardware stores was basically impossible. This little thingamajig was literally the only way to make our toto-washlet connect with and work with our toilet. It was so expensive for what it is, but the alternative was replacing the entire toilet just to allow us to connect the washlet seat so at the end of the day I was grateful to buy it.
