Absolutely love this!I've been struggling with really bad puffy under eyes lately and decided to try out this Harry's Cooling Eye Kit and honestly didn't know what to expect, but I am so happy I got this!First Impression: ITS HEAVY! This is a fully metal (zinc) gua sha tool with the actual cooling stick inside of it. The stick feels very cooling on application and then the tool feels great on the skin when you run it over the area to help with lymphatic drainage. I found that it worked the best when i kept the entire thing in the fridge after uses to keep it extra cold!I started using it morning and night in my routine and after a month I really noticed some improvements with my puffy under eyes! Plus it takes like 30 seconds to apply and massage the area with the metal tool.Overall 5/5 and definitely recommend!

I was sceptical about purchasing this product, given the mixed reviews, but I am so glad I did. This eye stick does an amazing job at removing the puffiness I get under my eyes when I wake up in the morning. I no longer have that "morning face" when I get to work. I like the cooling sensation on my skin, it feels very calming. The Gua Sha was the biggest surprise. This thing is very high quality. It is solid metal and has a good weight to it. It also holds the eye stick, which I thought was very clever. I put the Gua Sha in the freezer to make it cold and use that along with the eye stick. These two products together will absolutely stay a part of my morning and evening face routine.

Great product definitely helps with my bags, but understand to really reduce puffiness you need this and other items to help remover permanently, microcurrent, red light therapy, face cover and this item are a great combo and definitely worth it if your consistent

This didn’t do much for me or my puffy eye bags, it helps a little to soothe allergy puffiness but not a miracle worker.

Both the package and the actual product were a horrible experience. Package looked like it had been sitting in water and the cooling stick was completely disintegrated. Want my money back
