Very nice watch, fast charging long lasting watch at a great price & excellent customer service!!!
I recently purchased a watch for myself on amazon and I loved it. My wife saw it and asked if I could get one for her. She then asked if it could get one that checks Blood pressure as she has high blood pressure, likes to work out and wanted to have the ability to keep an eye on it. I really didn't think any watches actually had that feature but I came across this one. To make it even more complicated my wife is only 90lbs (Small wrists) and wouldn't be able to lug around a medium size watch. I luckily came across this one which actual does monitor blood pressure. I'm not sure how, but it does, and its the perfect size!! It was very easy to set up, a few things weren't obvious so I reached out to the seller who got back to me right back with the instruction on how to do what I was asking. This is probably the most sophisticated watch I've ever seen!!!! My wife loves it, charges fast and lasts a long time!!! Very pleased with the watch and the customer service this seller provided!!!! This would be a great gift for anyone!!! Hopes this helps someone!!

Peace of mind. Great product.
I love this watch. I bought it mostly for the blood pressure and oxygen saturation and heartbeats. It is a great app and using your phone, let you know after you've used one of those, if your blood pressure is high or normal your phone will tell you that. Pretty easy to download the app. It's usually hard for me because I am getting quite elderly and it's very confusing sometimes for me to download apps.

Battery life is good.
I've had this watch for over a year now and it's pretty nice. The messages come thru but the weather is never correct. I'm not sure how to fix that. The price is fair and the steps count seem to work. I am disappointed that the face pictured in the Amazon listing is not one that is available to choose from. That was what attracted me to this watch. It syncs easy and the app is pretty easy to use. It's not too big on my small wrist. I wish there were more colors available.

Easy to read but not the least bit accurate
I ordered this watch for my husband as his regular Fitbit (Charge 4) is difficult to read outside (i.e. the golf course). We used it for almost a month and these were our findings:Pros-*Loved the look of the watch - color display and very easy to read, even outside. Changeable watch faces via the app.*Price was amazing - 1/3 of the cost of the Fitbit Charge 4.*Band was superior to the Charge 4 with actual spring loaded pins rather that a flimsy clip connection.*Charging cord- has magnetic pins and is very easy to use.Cons-We consistently found the FITVII step counter reading low so we calibrated it against his Fitbit Charge 4 by wearing both trackers on the same day. Our findings were disappointing. The longer the timeframe the more the discrepancy was between the two trackers. During a round of 9 holes of golf, the FitVII was off by over 2000 steps. I immediately contacted customer support (via email) and their response was that there had been complaints about the accuracy of their products and they were working to improve them.. In particular, here is an excerpt from their reply: "I would also like to inform you that the product calculates the steps based on the hand waving and distance, so if you are walking, it records the steps according to how long you have been walking and your hand waving. If you walk without waving your hands, the device may not record any steps." What??? So the GPS connection is only activated with hand motion, and since most of us walk with some hand movement, it needs "excessive" hand movement.*Heartrate monitoring - The readout that displays on the tracker is just the readout of the last time you activated the heartrate feature. You must select it, then wait 30-45 seconds for it to monitor your heartrate for a reading. Our regular Fitbit monitors heartrate constantly so this feature on the FITVII is quite inferior.*Blood Pressure- We found this to be all over the place. I read a review by a Doctor, and he was so alarmed by the inaccuracy of this feature, that he would not recommend it.*We didn't monitor other features such as Sleep Tracking (but read reviews that it is also highly inaccurate). In summary, it is going back. Initially it looked promising, but you get what you pay for.

I found it to be quite accurate
I have to be honest. I have been an Apple girl for years. I’ve owned two Apple Watches and couldn’t imagine owning anything else - until I did. I wanted a watch that measured blood pressure as well and I didn’t want to spend an another $400+. I figured for $29, what could it hurt? I tired it - and I like it! I have checked the O2 and BP against other instruments and they are right in the ballpark! My steps are measured and everything I need works to my satisfaction. It even has some fun faces. Not bad!

finally gave up
update: yes, after struggling for weeks now I have finally given up on being able to use this watch. I do love the watch itself but the app is absolute garbage. It constantly loses the Bluetooth connection and acts like a playground bully and will not allow my other devices to connect either. Then in an attempt to get it to connect, I have to turn the watch off. When that happens it loses all of its brains. All information and all settings are lost at that point. So, for a watch that is supposed to be smart, it is really dumb to purchase this watch.update: knocking off another star for discovering if the watch turns off from low battery, all settings are reset. what a pain it is to change all the settings back. Received the watch and gave it a charge. I like the size of it and the band seems sturdy. setting up the watch takes some time and it is not as user friendly as I would like. Also, the settings for watch functions is hard to navigate and even with a format change it reverts back to whatever format it chooses. the weather reads in celcius and cannot be chnged. the watch seems accurate with readings. Battery life is good.
