ONNITMCT Oil - Pure MCT Coconut Oil Optimized with C8, C10, Lauric Acid - Perfect for Coffee, Shakes, and Cooking

Great supplement for a paleo/primal diet! Have been wanting to try MCT oil for a while (mainly in place of coconut oil in my morning coffee), but couldn't bring myself to give $$$ to Dave Asprey/bulletproof, and wasn't able to find an alternative with quality ingredients/reviews. After lots of research, I stumbled upon Onnit and am SO happy I did! Have only had it for a few days but I am already in love. Gives a clean, long-lasting burst of energy that doesn't make you crash later on. It is completely tasteless and odorless, and I love that there are no fillers or weird additives -- so great! I have even added it to homemade salad dressing and it works out wonderfully.As many others mentioned, START SLOW! I added half a tablespoon to my coffee for the first serving, and moved up to the full tablespoon with no problem or discomfort. The bottle was VERY well packaged, and arrived before scheduled. My only complaint is the bottle/spout design. No matter how careful I am, some oil ends up running down the side of the bottle. Other than that, I could not be happier with my purchase, and I will be ordering more once this bottle runs out! If you're looking for MCT oil, definitely go with Onnit!

I'm a little confused by the negative comments here. This is not an emulsified creamer; it is just the oil. Quality seems great. I've been using this the past few mornings in my version of bulletproof coffee and it blends up great and doesn't add any off flavors. What more could you ask for?Quality wise, it seems to be great. Onnit has a good reputation and I trust in the product because of it.If you're diving into the keto lifestyle, MCT oil is something you're going to want and this a great one. High quality and works great in drinks that you're going to blend up. Definitely recommended.

wowww I am really impressed with this oil as it works within minutes after taking it. I am able to focus more. I am cognitively more awake and aware mostly after waking up and throughout the day (feels like if I drank a cup of coffee). I feel more energetic and it suppress my appetite for a couple of hours. This oil is definitely instant magic. Of course I am buying more of this product. I used to take medication for ADHD many years ago and this oil works with similar effects in terms of focusing on task.

Easy to swallow and no after taste

This would have been 5/5 stars but it's the only brand I've tested.Just know, I find the price to be a bit high based on the cheaper brands you can buy (Just Google some); However, I like the consistency of this oil when I mix it in my coffee, my smoothies or my salad dressings. I can pour it directly on my salads and it is unnoticeable. So I am re-ordering because the quality of this MCT oil is excellent. Absolutely no taste and this sized bottle lasted me 4 months with everyday use (About 2 tbsp a day). That's a great investment.Finally, I'm sure it has contributed to my overall weight loss, which I'm pleased with so far. I recommend this product.

Tastes great

I've listened to The Joe Rogan Experience for quite awhile now and he always talks about MCT oil. I had been using coconut oil to cook but I wanted to give this a shot. I must say on only half the dose of 1 TBSP I have felt huge blasts of energy. It's described as being rocket fuel and that's fair to say. There is no crash but rather a slow taper off as the day goes. I use another half TBSP in the afternoon and feel great. Those who are saying it upsets their stomach, try smaller doses and less frequent. This first week I haven't gone beyond 1/2 the recommended dose and I have experienced no side effects. I love this stuff.

I have only been using this for a few days. But I have noticed I have more energy. I just add a tablespoon to my coffee, the product is tasteless. Product arrived on time, and was packaged with a protective seal around the top to prevent the product from leaking.
