Lovely bag, but holes too large for thinner babies
Gorgeous sleeping bag. Nice and warm and soft. The only reason for 4 stars is that it's meant for babies from 8 kg, and the arm and head holes are really large. My baby at 6 months grew out of the 0-6 months grobags for length, but couldn't yet use this one, because she was only about 6 kg then and the head and arms holes were way too big, making it unsafe. Now at 8 months, she is still under 8 kg, but the holes fit fine, so we can finally use it. It's very long with plenty of room to grow. All it needs is poppers to make the arm holes smaller (like the 0-6 moths grobags do), so thinner babies can use it too!

Nice but pricey
We have been sleep training our baby using a gentle parenting approach and one of the key points is “positive associations”. Basically creating a safe and familiar environment in which our baby feels calm enough to sleep and stay sleeping so both baby and parents can be happy. We initially bought the 1 tog sleeping bag (plus a spare) of the same design for her 21 degrees Celsius nursery as was recommended. We found with our baby she was still cold and it caused her to wake up more often. Guides are just that- a guide so we used our instinct and opted for the 2.5 toh - it just feels so much more lovely and snuggly and lo and behold she started sleeping so much better!! I will of course now buy a spare for when one is in the wash but I do find the price tag quite steep considering there are much cheaper competitors. I just stick to this design because my baby girl recognises the owl and starts rubbing her eyes as soon as she sees him. 🥰

Perfect for those cold winter nights
I've been using this for my baby since she was 6 months old and at first I thought it was far too big but she quickly grew into it. Now at 10 months old she still has enough room and should still get a few more months out of it. There's no need for a blanket with this as it's warm enough even during the winter months. It's survived many hot washes due to accidents and the colour and quality is still as good as new. Little tip, wash inside out and zip it up.

Many thanks.
You get what you pay for really. This sleepbag from the gro company is really nicely made and baby seems more comfortable in it as the hip section is wide and comfier than other brands. I have tried to cut cost by buying from cheaper alternative brands, but baby ended up growing out of them much quicker. I won’t be buying from other brands from now.

The neck is too tight
The owl is a cute design, but more importantly, this sack suffers from having a very tight neck. The buttons can barely snap without feeling like it is pressing too much around my baby’s head. You of course want it secure, but there are other sacks that are still very secure without constraining her body like this. I would not recommend it.

Wrong sizing! Huge bag! Dangerous for baby!
Wrong size!Wrong label on the item. Ordered for a 5 months old baby - size 6-18 months but it’s absolutely massive! It’s got huge arm holes and the head whole. The baby could easily slip through them ! Dangerous! This bag is bigger than another bag I have that’s size 18-24 months!

Very Impressed
I really like this - very soft and well made. This is a christmas present for my newest grandson, so can't yet comment on how well he sleeps in it but I'm sure he will be really snug and warm throughout the winter months making sure his mum will love it too!

A little bit expensive, but well worth it!
Some of the more expensive sleeping bags for babies, but for good reason too, they’re fantastic. Lovely and soft, nice and warm and they fit and wash so well. Could not recommend these more.
