I ordered these for me, so I ordered a men’s 7 and I’m a women’s 8.5 they fit pretty well! Still need to wear them in other than that Their comfy! Extremely light, they look SO good on and off the hot pink is VIBRANT. One thing tho there’s cat or dog hair in side the shoe? Idk why that is but I’m not allergic so it’s whatever. I recommend these! I spent a lot of time looking for wrestling shoes these are the ones!

Very grippy soles. My preferred shoes to squat and deadlift.
I normally wear a size 7.5/8 for everyday shoes such as vans/converses. Decided to get a size 8 and it was extremely tight and narrow and I could barely get my foot into it (Had to really loosen the laces and really jam my foot in). I went to return it and sized up to a size 9 instead of an 8.5 and they fit very nicely. There's a little extra room on the toes with the size 9s still but I'm using these to squat/bench/deadlift so it didn't need to be a very snug fit for something like wrestling. I'm sure the 8.5 would've been fine for me as well, although it would have probably taken a few sessions to really break them in. Used it for a few training sessions already and they feel very comfortable and stable. The grip on the soles is excellent for me since I deadlift in a sumo stance. It also feels amazingly stable when I externally rotate my hips for squatting. Yes, I prefer to squat in flat soles shoes vs shoes with a lifted heel. I opted to buy these pair of shoes instead of the Crossfit lite TRs because the price was alot cheaper. Perhaps when these are too worn down I'll give the other shoes a try, but for now, I'm really digging these matflexes.

I recently picked up the ASICS Men's Matflex 7 Wrestling Shoes, and overall, I’m really happy with the performance. The grip on the mat is excellent, providing solid traction that helps with movement and stability. The shoes are lightweight, which gives me great mobility, and they feel comfortable right out of the box—no breaking in required.The durability is also impressive. After several practices, they’ve held up well without any signs of wear. My only minor gripe is that the fit could be a bit snugger around the heel; they feel just a tad loose in that area, which sometimes affects the overall feel when I'm making quick cuts. Still, for the price and performance, these shoes are a solid choice. Great value for wrestling enthusiasts looking for comfort, durability, and excellent mat grip! The color options are also fun!

We buy a lot of wrestling shoes!! These are among some of the favorites, and they're pretty cheap considering how expensive wrestling shoes are! Very comfortable and they have lasted all summer! Would buy again!
