My remote quit working after two weeks (there is control on seat too, so it still worked) I emailed the seller and he sent a new remote immediately. It didn’t work either, so I emailed again. We trouble shot it, and the remote had become unpaired. The instructions weren’t clear on pairing. You have to unplug toilet for 30 seconds and then pair. Seller always responded within 24 hours and fixing issues was his priority.Cons: the tank and spray mechanism take up about 20% of seat surface. If you’re a big guy like me, it’s kinda crowded on the front side. Definitely need an oblong bowlYou have to have a wall outlet very close by, like within a foot of toilet, or else use an extension cord.

Great value and works really well. Lots of different settings, including different water temps. The best part is the heated seat. Not too difficult to install. Needs an outlet nearby to plug into. Has a remote with different settings or buttons on the side that are easy to reach. It was definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Overall the this toilet seat is pretty solid. The spray pattern seems to be a little bit off after a couple of months of using it. It started as a steady stream, but now seems to be more of a spray rather than a stream. I have tried cleaning the spray head and to no avail. The heated seat is a feature the whole family enjoys, especially in the cold Colorado winters. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. Would give it 5 stars if the spray was a steady stream.

Great product with all popular features such as water and seat temperature adjustment, air dry, self cleaning. It is very easy to install. I used my hammer, screw driver, and an adjustable wrench. All parts are included.

I love this BathKitty Bidet!! It was extremely simple to install (I did it myself) and the heated seat is by far my favorite amenity! As soon as I sit down the warmth just relaxes me. The water pressure is good and the heated water is also a blessing! I am a curvy gal so normally when I sit on a bidet the function keys are on the side and my thighs usually completely cover the buttons and its a struggle to use them. Not this one! The separate remote which I have mounted on the wall makes it easy to select the function desired. It does need to be plugged in for the heat of the seat and water.
