Impressive
As background, I live on the hot, humid Gulf Coast where it rarely freezes. Seems like four years out of ten, I've lost power, either to a hurricane or a rare hard winter freeze. It normally lasts a couple of days, but it can stretch for more than a week depending on the tree damage and how fast the crews can get to my neighborhood. Accordingly, I am always on the lookout for good emergency supplies. So I was interested to learn about this Aaoyun unit from Doc at Last Best Tool on Youtube. Google "Last Best Tool Aaoyun" if you want to watch his review. For comparison, I would say the Anker Solix C300 DC at 288 watt-hours with a built-in pop up light is the biggest competitor. That one has 4 USB-C plugs but no AC plug (the more expensive regular C300 has several AC plugs). The Aaoyun has one traditional AC outlet and better lighting options than either the C300 DC or the C300.Upon receipt, I charged the unit up fully, played with the lights a little bit (they work fine), and then started counting how many times I could fast charge (USB-C to USB-C) my phone. Over the course of a couple of weeks, I got 18 full, fast charges. My average starting battery level was 15%. Note, there is only one USB-C port. If you want another USB-C charging option, plug a Syncwire 60W car charger in the 12V/10A car port on the lower right corner of the unit. From drained and dead, it took me about 6 hours to fully recharge the power bank using USB-C to USB-C (the box says 6.5 hours). I'm not sure of the rating of the wall outlet I used. For power outages, I would recommend an 80-120W solar panel (e.g., Sunjack 120W) or a high-speed car "lighter" charger such as the UGreen 130W car charger. In a power outage where you need to recharge your phone, use the built-in lights at night and maybe run a fan on low while you sleep, this unit should last one person five to seven days (due to the higher % of light/fan drain vs. phone drain) and a family of four about two days (with a lower % of light/fan drain vs phone drain). If you run larger appliances or charge laptops or iPads, that's going to cut down those estimates.I paid $155 on sale for 296 watt-hours. That's right around the 50 cents per watt-hour benchmark I look for. The list price of $200 is 67 cents per watt-hour. IMO, that's a little steep compared to the competition, so wait for a sale. All in all, I think this unit will "pay for itself" after one power outage. I like it. Frankly, I'd want one all to myself in the next power outage, so I may buy another one if the price is right. So this is going in my emergency power outage kit, along with a couple of Sofirn LT1S lanterns (that double as power banks), a couple of Sofirn IF23 flashlights (that double as power banks), a couple of headlamps for hands-free lighting, and a couple of walkie-talkies. It's simply hard to beat the convenience of a good lighting source that also can charge your phone!

Good battery life; easy to use
This is a really great option for anyone who finds themselves frequently needing to charge devices when they don’t have easy access to outlets. Users should be aware that panels for charging using solar panels aren’t included with the unit; however it does have multiple ways to charge the power supply (including in the car). It did will charging a variety of electronics. It’s compact and relatively lightweight so easy to transport. Definitely will come in handy during power outages and when camping this summer off the grid. Would recommend.

Must have for camping and more
My husband wanted to go camping with the kids and I’m not big on long term outdoors. We compromised with glamping and this was very helpful to have on the trip.

Can't run a coffee maker
This is a great power pack but can not run a small coffee maker which is what I intended it for. Beware it also DOES NOT come with the solar panels. You'll have to buy those separately.

The media could not be loaded. I love this portable power station, which arrived timely in my recent power outage due to severe weather. What a life saver! I It's lightweight and compact, which makes it easy to take anywhere in my house. The design of this power station is very practical, with AC outlet and multiple charging ports that allow you to power laptop etc plus several devices at once. it handled my devices with ease. Whether it's my phone, laptop, or even a small fan, this power station can charge everything without any problems. The battery life is excellent, and it recharges fairly quickly. Plus, the adjustable built-in light and flash light is a great touch, especially for nighttime. The strap makes it easy to carry, freeing up your hands for other things. I also love that it's perfect for both outdoor use and home emergencies. I will definitely carry it on next camping trips.Overall, I endorse it for anyone who needs a reliable and portable power solution. Power outage essential
Three hours. That's all it took for me to truly appreciate this product. Our recent three-hour power outage was a small inconvenience, but it highlighted the value of this portable charger. I always keep it topped up, and I was so glad I did.First, the essentials: phones. Everyone's phone was quickly plugged in, and it handled multiple devices with ease. No more battery anxiety! The multiple ports are a game-changer.Since the outage hit at dinnertime, the powered a portable LED light, making sandwich-making in the dim kitchen much easier. What I love about the is its combination of capacity and portability. It packs a serious punch, enough to keep multiple devices running for hours, yet it's still compact enough to carry in my bag. It's not just for emergencies; I use it when I'm traveling or anywhere I might need a power boost. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be prepared for anything.

Life saver during outage!
The media could not be loaded. We had several power outages during the LA fires, and I’m so glad I got this power station ahead of time. It was a total lifesaver! The USB ports kept my phone charged, so I could stay connected and get updates. Plus, the power outlet let me charge my laptop, which meant I could keep working at night without any interruptions. The battery life is pretty impressive too—it lasted over five hours even with multiple devices plugged in. And the size? Super compact! When I don’t need it, I just tuck it away in my closet. It doesn’t take up much space at all.Honestly, if you live somewhere that gets frequent outages or natural disasters, this is a must-have. It gave me peace of mind knowing I wouldn’t be left in the dark. Highly recommend!
