This made my forehead break out, I didn’t really see a difference in energy while taking this. It didn’t taste too bad but there is definitely a hint of the sea.

I have only been taking for a couple of weeks, but I can say this product has a great taste.

For the price , it’s a great size, I have noticed that since I have been taking the supplement I have increased energy levels, also I noticed that I have not been eating ice as much as I usually do which means that it’s helping with my iron levels. I’m more of a texture person and it has a real smooth texture to it, and the taste is amazing although it has a strong aquatic aftertaste. I recommend this product 5/5… and tbh anyone that is just trying out sea moss, this is a perfect trial size . I hope this review helps others.

Since this is my first time using I ordered this small one as a tester, it says about 7 days worth on the bottle but I think it might be a bit more. Just received and the taste is not bad. I will update if I see or feel any changes.
