We have been in chiropractic chair for years now. I had a very bad episode and decided to ask my chiro about them and got them through my HSA. Best money spent. It help me get better from my episode, it alleviates daily compression. My husband used to have a pressure in the middle back and now it is gone completely. He totally loves it as well. I am glad I got this model with the Deluxe EZ-Reach Ankle System makes getting in and out easier,s specially if you are having an "episode" and cant bend over. The lumbar attachment feels great. THe acupuncture nodes we have not used too much. It comes with an instruction booklet, a dvd, and interactive assembly guide. The assembly is super easy and the video, via an app, is super helpful.

I use protein powder and creatine around my activity, and together with some push ups, crunches and some stretching techniques I learned from Jane Fonda. These things used to cure all of my back pain. But, now as I get closer to 60 years old, it is not enough. Mowing, raking and hauling dirt, rocks etc. make my lower back ache. I invert, then do the little teacup from side to side. Then I hang for one or two minutes. As hang by my feet the pain just goes away. Often, as I ready for bed, I do some pushups, then I invert for a couple of minutes. Sometimes I balance in the middle and do abdominal contractions.

Easy to assemble for me as a female who is not very handy. Easy to use and probably need to use it more frequently to get more pain relief. Great product overall! I am a physical therapist and feel it is important to take pressure off our back as we bend so much during the day now with technology!
