Fantastic, 3+ years heavy use and still kickin'! Highly recommended.
I have owned this tent for 3 years now and just finished preparing it for another year to come! I cannot say enough how impressed I am, this is a awesome value. This tent has held up GREAT! I have brought it on probably over 50 trips since I got it and it has always been reliable with general upkeep. I normally reapply a silicone waterproofing spray each year to ensure I stay dry even in severe weather. I have used this tent in the mountains, the beach, along rivers and streams, and in every season. I have slept comfortably through a solid 8 inch snowfall in the Smokey Mountains, and torrential rain on the coast. The tent has a lot of space, and I can store all the gear I want with me inside. The Vestibules are very hand as well, i use them to store dirty tools and my dirty boots and it keeps them dry. The hook on the ceiling is super handy too for hanging my lantern, and the pockets are useful for easy access stuff. It packs down small and light enough to be used as a backpacking tent, and I have no issues setting this tent up and tearing it down myself in short time. It makes setting up camp when I arrive that much easier. My only complaint is the ventilation, but even that is still sufficient. I suppose it is my own doing really, using this tent in winter as well, means condensation forms. Really a small issue though, as everything has held up great after years of use.Overall this is the tent you want if you aren't looking to spend a ton of money but still want a reliable, well made tent that is compact/light enough to take backpacking.

Lightweight, waterproof tent
I have had this tent for almost two years now, and taken it on several backpacking trips. I have the 2-3 person version in green.Space/Size: the 2-3 person tent fits 2 perfectly. There is a bit of room at the end by our feet (we are both ~6ft) and maybe 6 inches on the side with our two Klymit pads. I can sit up easily and hang out in the tent. The vestibule area between the mesh and the rainfly offers a safe and dry place for our backpacks. I have had no problem fitting this on my pack - I strap it on the bottom of my Osprey (50L) Sirrus pack, or put it on the side (in a pocket, using the side strap), or in my 60L Deuter pack that doesn't have bottom straps, inside or in the top between lid and body.Weight: on par with more expensive backpacking tents. I love that the poles are in shorter segments, so the tent breaks down pretty small. In the summer, you can definitely forgo the rainfly if privacy isn't an issue for you.Waterproof: I took this out in a storm last fall (it rained all day and all night) and we did not get wet. Any moisture inside is from condensation. If anything, it is sealed too tightly - we get quite warm in the summer.Other notes: the two door style is awesome. We can both get in and out with trampling the other (ideal at night especially). The color is nice and muted (green) which is pleasant. The bag it comes in is also awesome -small thing to some, but I like that it is a little bigger than necessary (we put our tarp in there too) and then it cinches down. Most carry bags are very basic, but this one adds value.Overall I love this tent. It costs a fraction of the REI and more expensive brands, but can be easily used for backpacking comfortably while remaining light. It has held up over 2 years, and I have no complaints. I haven't had to re-waterproof it, but I do live in California, so get a bit less rain than most! I recommend this tent to those who do not want to go ultra light (think tarp and poles) but want to save a lot of weight and space.

A few quirks but overall a nice tent...
The tent was very easy to put together. The instructions were written with very poor grammar and spelling (I think English was not the first language of whoever wrote it) which made it a bit difficult to understand but I was able to piece it together. The instructions didn’t have the correct instructions for the guy line so I had to watch some YouTube videos and I eventually got it. You have to take the black guy line thing off of the string completely, put it through the opposite way and then it works great. I put it together in my backyard when I first got it and the sipper for the awning came completely off but due to my expertise gained from fixing my kids’ jacket zippers I was able to fix it. I am happy with how easy it was to put together, the price and how easy it was to fold back down to the size it was when I received it. It’s quite heavy for a backpacking tent but for the price it’s not bad. Will update review when I use it on my backpacking trip.

Fits 2 comfortably, 3 is cozy
This is a great backpacking tent as it's light weight enough and is super easy to assemble. We took it to Ancient Lakes in Washington and though it was very windy (15-20 mph wind) it held up really well. This isn't an ultra-light backpacking tent but it's perfect for those just starting out. Never needed the instructions to put it up, I personally found it pretty intuitively designed. It takes me about a minute to set it up myself (without staking it on the ground). I also love that it has 2 doors. Super convenient when you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night ;)Last weekend we took it backpacking and it was me (5'1) and 2 other women (about 5'7). We fit in there pretty cozily and no room to put our backpacks. Since it wasn't windy or rainy, we used the rainfly and extra stakes to protect our backpacks. When it was just me and my partner we had plenty of space even with our gear inside our tent.Overall, great tent. If it's just you carrying it all you may~ want a lighter tent depending on how heavy your other gear is. But since I usually go with my partner we will divide the gear to make it lighter on ourselves. Still pretty light to carry on your own, but it just depends on your overall load.
