After loosing a lot of weight, nearly 100 pounds I was able to get to get an abdominoplasty or easier to say excess skin removal surgery. With my procedure I also got a translocation of umbilicus (belly button) other wise my belly button would have ended up about the pubic bone area.Anyone who has had this procedure or other abdominal surgery knows you are often placed in a binder to provide compression. I’m told it helps with healing.Since I only had one binder I got another one like the one I came home from the hospital in.Due to my medications for various medical conditions I’m healing slowly. I started to find the binder more uncomfortable more so as I was able to move around. After the drains came out.We my doctor and I discussed the need for compression for longer period. Perhaps even up to a year given my age I’m 62 and on medications to treat my psoriatic arthritis.I was told that I could try tight biking shorts as regular compression shorts wouldn’t go high enough Searched for a more comfortable option. At first I tried just a compression tank top without additional compression layer. It may have been ok if I hadn’t over done it I developed a seroma that required draining not a comfortable process.As a result the doctor wanted me in heavier compression longer period of time.So back to the binder it and I started my search again. This time I thought I’d include a high waisted compression underwear shorts I got both boxer brief, and brief styleI came across to options from this company this one and a pull over or step in tank. Both provide a nice compression and then including the high waisted underwear I’ve been very comfortable, I can move around without feeling the binder.Of the 2 styles I do prefer this one may only have an issue with it. One is the zipper it comes so high that an eagle pendant taps on as I move. Im sure the reason for it being so high has do with the fact this top is or can also be used for gynecomastia or man boobs. I also have that to some degree and may get that done as well. The second is it pushes some remaining excess skin up so it kind of bulges over the top of arm hole. Not a problem as I don’t think I’ll be wearing just this top.Over all I find this top product very comfortable so much so I’ve ordered a couple more of them along with the underwear to wear while I wash them.I do wash it in a front load washer on delicate cycle and in a large laundry bag then air dry it.If you need compression either post surgery (discuss with your doctor) or just to look slimmer while loosing weight and getting healthier. Get this product and you may consider the compression undershorts.

This is a good compression tank top but definitely not shapewear. It might help a little on love handles but it's not going to make a belly disappear. It is however extremely comfortable and does help general body support. If you are buying this for reasons other than shapewear, you will likely be pleased with it. If you are looking for shapewear, keep on the search because this one isn't it.

Everybody is different. Different goals and expectations. I have purchased many (5) support vests and one support abdominal band because of my recent surgery for diastases repair. Many of them do not have the compression support I need. I like this one because of the focus of support in the abdominal area. I don't need compression for "moobs: as many vests are designed to take care of. I read a few reviews and one person listed a body type very close to mine and I ordered a medium like he did. It is close but a shade big. . If I am going to use this garment to look good going out it is a bit thick, but does the job. But for my abdominal support it needs to be tighter. I am thinking of ordering a small. which based on the measurement guide I should have no business trying on, but the medium was supposed to be too small for me too.TIP: Hook up the waist belt first then step in. This will save you a lot of hassle trying to set a million hooks while holding tension.I may order a small now, I have worn this enough that I am not comfortable returning it for an exchange.plus I may have spent enough money already trying out other vests.Give it a try. It seems like the sizing chart is off for everyone...too small to too large. Do the step in method. If it doesn't work send it back and try something else or a different size. FYI: It is not ultra svelte to hide under thin clothing but comfortable enough to wear for a long time.

Se la compré a mi esposo y le quedó genial, ahora está usando una talla XXL,porque tiene barriga cervecera 🤭, y la faja la disimula muy bien , lo malo es que se le nota un poco el ziper, pero le compraré otra sin duda ,la compré talla M y le quedo perfecta
