Originally, I set up this light as a wall washer light. It works fine, but the remote control only works within 5-7 m. Then my husband came up with an idea to accent the front of my home for for the Halloween.It was an interesting effect and unbelievably bright! The light almost covered my whole house. It’s a great scene. My garden was filled with colourful light. For Christmas I am going to do a random mode with the colours cycling different shades from one another. For Premier League, we will set it up with constant green.

Firstly it does not come with a plug (I know this is advertised but not having a plug and having to wire one on yourself seems a bit ridiculous) but once it is set up it works quite well. The range of colours is perfect. However, within two weeks, the remote control had just stopped working (replaced with a new battery and still nothing). The remote control is by far the biggest let down (incredibly cheap and faulty in my case). There should be a way of manually changing the colours on the light as the issue is this entire product relies on the durability of a tiny and pathetic plastic remote that broke almost immediately.

This has possibly got to be the worst manufactured product imported into the UK !?The idea is great the workmanship is appalling another prime example of cheap European imports into the UK why !

This item arrived safe and well packaged.Inside the box are the flood light unit, some screws, wall plugs and the user manual.The main light unit is very well built with a black powder coated finish. It's very slim compared to my previous outside light. The unit is sealed and already wired, with a good length of cable provided. This cable needs installing into your house wiring, your outdoor electrical supply or even just a standard 3 pin plug, but professional installation is advised.It's not a tricky job at all - no harder than changing a standard ceiling/wall light in your house - but everything electrical requires proper certification these days! If you have previous cabling (like I did) then a simple outdoor approved cable connector should be all that's needed.The light unit is easily mounted to any wall/surface. The rear bracket just unscrews from the main unit from either side to give you easy installation access.The light itself is very bright! It's a huge upgrade from my non-LED old version! The remote control can literally set this light to ANY colour you can imagine. And its super bright too!! The unit also remembers your last settings, so there is no need to keep changing the colour each time.It's now been up for a couple of days, and has withstood the tail end of a storm, with plenty of rain and wind. So i'm happy that it will continue to do it's job properly hassle free!I highly recommend this product!

Makes a great garden up light (what I use it for) Lots of combinations of colour and brightness and ‘remembers’ the last setting. Super fast delivery, very pleased with product and supplier

The white colour is very green and other colours do not display as expected. Light also had minor damage on delivery.

Nice product works great and good value for money. Would have given it 5 stars but it was let down by a very short lead ( about 30cm). This means that you need to buy a waterproof cable joiner or invalidate the guarantee by rewiring into the lamp.

This is a quality unit, but why such a short length of cable ? To save anyone else the trouble, do not open the unit hoping for a regular mains connection block, in a hope to replace the lead. The original lead is directly soldered, and everything is set in resin, so points for keeping the water out.The remote is IR function, so don't place the unit too high on a wall, the control needs to be about 3-4 feet from the front glass.Very happy with the product, nice bright light, sets the mood on the patio.
