Arrived in great shape and doing well. The tree is very fragrant which I love. Blooming flowers. And has fruit already as seen in photo of my plant. Beautiful healthy plànt. Completely exceeded my expectation

Has blooms and tiny kumquat fruit starting. My plant app says healthy. Smells strongly at flower. Beautiful. Very pleased.

It's been a year- however- this was a fantastic gift. My mother loves her lime tree. She used some of the limes to make a fantastic key lime pie. The tree is still alive and doing well.

WARNING: HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.I originally bought one tree as I had an idea to use these as decoration for an event and wanted to test the quality. The first tree arrived in beautiful shape. The soil container had been thoroughly watered and wrapped in plastic which served to keep the plant hydrated during shipping and the soil contained and from spilling. In addition, the entire top of the tree was completely wrapped in brown packaging paper to keep the leaves and branches from being shaken and damaged. All of this was then encased in a durable, handled frame for easy extraction from the shipping box. Pleased, I ordered three more and this is where things took an awful turn.The next three trees arrived in terrible shape. Not one of them had been packed appropriately which led to every single one of them loosing most of their leaves and having all of their soil spilt in the box. I quickly requested a replacement and was informed I would not get one until I shipped the originals back. So in less than 24 hours I had them on their way back. However, when I spoke with customer service, they refused to refund me for returning those items and in fact stated they couldn’t take the return as it was not allowed in Florida and argued with me about giving me replacements. When I insisted and asked for them to please rush ship replacements, for the inconvenience, they just refunded me and refused to send replacements.Their return policy clearly stated I could request replacements and without confirming with me, they just refunded me since they weren’t willing to rush ship despite the fact that I never expressed that this would be a deal breaker. When I demanded to know how I would get the trees I ordered, they basically told me I was SOL and informed me that I would need to re-order the trees. At this point I ended the conversation and vowed to never buy from them again.Obviously there are internal problems as well, because a week after spending several days trying to get this resolved, three new trees showed up on my doorstep. While I would have been happy to leave it at that, these three showed up in just as worst shape as the originally three.Moral of the story: I received 7 trees and only 1 was of even passable quality. If you order from this company, you will almost certainly receive horrible quality and their company will do nothing at all to resolve the issue. My advice is to run from this company and get your plants elsewhere.

My orange tree arrived on time and was so beautiful. I have had it now for several weeks, it is thriving and has New growth. I am so proud of it!

Disappointed with the calamondin plant I received for this order. I was expecting the plant with flowers or fruit as the picture in the site showed fruits in them but didn’t find one.
