It is firm, comfy and really well made. I love this! I have hip issues and a knee injury so it’s perfect for doing allegro on my online ballet classes. I bought it for HIIT as we have concrete floors at home so it’s great for protecting joints. Firm enough for yoga, shock absorbing for jumping and easy to fold.

I don't often bother leaving reviews, but thought I should for this because I searched long & hard and had no idea which mat to buy. I have just cleared a room with a stone tiled floor to exercise in having not exercised for months in lockdown, missing it & realistically since I live with a vulnerable person, I am not going to be returning to the gym any time soon. I didn't want to exercise on a hard, stone floor though! So I bought this and it is great. It is just the right level of squash-ability that you can do cardio exercises on it with comfort and it's ok to balance on (for pure balance you'd want to return to the floor though.). The material is not slippy and altogether it suits what I wanted it for ideally. Comfortable to lie on for floor exercises too and folds up to store easily. Delivered really quickly too. Thanks!

Large, comfortable and well padded, non slip, perfect for exercise

This mat is nice, good thickness but the material is slippy on wood or laminate floor. I have ordered anti-slip tape to stop it sliding around. Bought two for kids for gymnastics but they can't use them until the tape arrives, hopefully that will work.
