As Described
Delivered on time and product as described, it was never going to be the perfect laptop but for the price was a bargain and does everything it needs to.

Good Value for Money
The laptop is undoubtedly good value for money, it worked straight out of the box and it does what it's supposed to do but I would have gone for the Intel chip set version if I had known as it is noticeably faster than the Ryzen chip on normal day to day office work.

Trackpad didn't work
Out of the box, the trackpad was completely unusable. It wasn't a hardware issue, seemed like a driver conflict with Windows 10's built in trackpad software.Regardless, something as basic as not being able to control the mouse shouldn't get past quality control. Returned the item same day, wouldn't risk another HP laptop purchase

Bad service and laptop
Broke down after couple of weeks and can't return unless I have original packaging which I don't have room for to keep lots of empty boxes. Very disappointed

Lifespan? What Lifespan?
While it worked it was good, but after just 2 years the lid hinge broke, and cracked the case.Then, after a further 2 months of using it carefully propped open, the m/b failed.It wasn't an expensive laptop as far as they go, but less than 2.5 years just isn't good enough.I won't be buying HP again.

Cancelled order without explanation
I paid for 2 laptops and 3 days later the order was cancelled !, no explanation,no communication, they were 8 in stock when i placed the order, shocking service, now bought a Idea pad and received far better service, another Trade customer lost for HP ,Reading the reviews about poor quality I am in some ways glad as they are shocking reports about this HP laptop
