We love it
This is great my son loves it it was super easy to assemble, the color was beautiful, this scooter is great. But it is so fast driving in sport mode but it’s great for climbing hills with it. Functionality is great. I love riding it. Seriously worth the money

The Perfect Birthday Gift 🎁✨
This was the perfect gift for my sister. It was her birthday a few weeks ago and she's gonna travel back to Orlando soon for her second semester in college. She can't afford a car right now so I figured, this would be the second best thing for her to get around with. She loved it of course, and we took it for a test drive, it was so fun and easy to use, you can get the hang of it really quickly 👍My only complaint is that we couldn't be able to put in the seat right no matter how many times we looked at the manual...Overall thought, these are a pretty kool set of wheels!

I was expecting a different display/controls. No speed mode, throttle in bad place. Returning.
(I think the image may be upside down. The brake lever is actually on the outside.)This arrived 3 days ago. It was intended to be a replacement for a bike that I can't currently ride due to hip problems. I was expecting it to have, to the right of the display, 2 buttons. One was supposed to set the speed mode. There were supposed to be 3 settings, Slow to Fast. I was planning to use the Slow mode (max. 10pmh, about as fast as my standing scooter). But my scooter did not come with those buttons; the display shows only the battery charge (red box in the photo, this is the charge it came with).I thought I might still be able to use it if I could get it to accelerate slowly. I decided to try it on grass just walking alongside it. The grass was a good idea, it's would be slower, but in hindsight walking was a poor choice. I tried to move the throttle slowly but as soon as the motor kicked in it took off, leaving me in the grass. (I was very glad I'd put my bike helmet on before any of this.)I picked myself up and sat in the seat/saddle intending to try it the "regular" way but couldn't convince myself to start it. The back yard is long but as fast as this thing had gone I was afraid I'd end up crashing into the neighbor's fence (which would probably fall over, it's in bad shape). I gave up and took it back to the porch. There is one other thing about the design of this that I really don't like - the location of the throttle (there's a purple box around it in the photo). It's right where you put your right hand. If you twist it at all, even accidentally, the scooter will go, and if you're on it you will go with it, regardless of whether you wanted to start it then. If it were slower that might be okay but it isn't slow. I think this placement is dangerous, it should be separate from where your hands go on the handlebarWhen it became obvious I couldn't keep this I started to set up the return on the app but didn't get all the way through it because it wasn't clear whether I'd have to box it up myself or if UPS would do that. I ended up on the phone with Amazon's customer service where a manager told me it did need to be boxed but it could be in more than one box, and I need to call Amazon once it's ready for pickup so they can order the correct number of labels from UPS. The app would order only one and that might not be enough. I thought it would be good to include that here in case it helps anyone with any other large item to return. If your item arrives in one box but is being returned in more than one call Amazon to arrange it; don't use the app.I did also express my concern with Amazon about this item having no control buttons. The description here does not show the display but every video I watched shows a different one. This description does now say this is model P2; I don't know what mine is, I didn't see anything about that, but either I don't have a P2 or there is more than one type of P2, and Amazon - and potential buyers - need to be aware that what gets shipped may be different. Hopefully Amazon can look into that. Apparently Caroma is an Amazon brand so the discrepancy needs to be fixed.I know there are people who would like these to go faster. I guess there's at least one of us who prefers the opposite. Considering that I now have to spend time un-assembling it and getting it back in a box (or boxes) I will not be replacing it. I can handle 9mph on my standing scooter. I'd prefer to sit but this type is obviously not for me.
