Must have for Sawstop PCS
The stock blade from Sawstop is ok however I was having issues with the blade burning wood and bogging down even after cleaning, waxing, and making sure the fence was 90 degrees square. I suspected a new blade would help and was torn between Forrest and Ridge Carbide. I pulled the trigger on the RC after seeing many favorable reviews and am astonished at the difference. The RC cuts clean and true with little effort required to feed the wood through the Sawstop. I was also able to resaw with the blade with no issues at all. The RC blade is as good as advertised and while not cheap, is worth the spend.

Very clean cut not requiring sanding
I decided to purchase this blade on a You Tube recommendation by Jerry Cole: a vendor whom I've previously bought other products from.I do have the usual big box saw blades but I really wanted a nice blade so I was willing to take a chance. I made tile holders for Mah Jong tiles out of Poplar. Since the tile holders are L-shaped, that would require making 2 cuts on the table saw, using rectangular shaped stock wood. I could have easily used my other blades. When using this particular blade, the finished cuts were so smooth that they did not need sanding. No burning. Two cuts and done! All that was left to do was to stain and varnish.BTW, I do not have a cabinet saw. I have a 1980's vintage Craftsman's contractor saw.

Best of the best
I bought this blade as a general purpose blade for my Sawstop Professional cabinet maker’s saw. The cuts are true and clean, and I can move woods that burn, like cherry, through the saw smoothly and rapidly without any burn marks. This is the best blade I have ever used. It’s great for joinery and end grain comes off the glass. As an update, I stupidly activated the sawstop brake by touching a piece of aluminum to it. The first time I saved my hand, but this time I was afraid the mistake would cost me both a new brake and new blade. The first time my Freud blade was ruined. The Ridge Carbide blade survived the mishap and is now cutting like new. Amazing!

Smooth, flat top, quiet, no tearout!
Best blade I've ever used, I wanted to get the Ultra blade which is 48T but with no Raker, this one makes it very convenient to make dados and box joints, very clean and precise, the sound is different than my other blades very smooth and low noise, no burning whatsoever on hardwoods, we have very bad and cheap backboard sheets and plywood, I get tear out usually like I'm using an old jigsaw, not with this blade! Crosscutting is superb too, love it so much

Great saw blade
Bought this as a backup to my original TS2000 blade, as I love the first one These are excellent blades and produce a very smooth cut. These are far better than any of the less expensive blades on the market.

Great so far
Have this installed on a 3hp sawstop. Haven't used it much yet, but seems to cut great and has lage carbide teeth that should take several sharpening. Haven't ripped hardwoods yet, but it eats softwood and plywood for breakfast. Plywood Edgemont 3/4" birch ply are super clean, so much so it surprised me since this isn't purpose built for ply. Seems well worth the money and cheaper than some more expensive "industry standard" blades.

Quality at an affordable price.
superior quality at a very affordable price point. I have used principally higher quality blades for our wood products and this blade surpasses them all. The claims made by Ridge Carbide about their blade are true. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this blade to anyone seriously looking for the best!

Worth every penny.
Quality blade. Every bit as good as my Woodworker 2 blade but $60 cheaper. Lots of carbide; can be sharpened many times.
