I was told about how weighted blankets could help you sleep so I decided to check it out. I did a lot of research on which one to buy as there are a lot of different brands that on the surface offer similar products. I found Quility to have the most reasonably priced blankets that offer all the perks that you could want.I ended up buying a 12 pound full size blanket with a blue cover. Putting the cover on was really simple and easy. What was first obvious is the blanket is really well made. The cover is extremely soft, making it very comfortable to sleep with. The weight is well distributed as well.When first using the blanket, I found it to be surprisingly warm. I usually sleep with two blankets and a sheet in the winter time and honestly, I was able to sleep with just the blanket on me. I use ASMR to help me fall asleep at nights but this blanket definitely added to my ability to calm myself enough to sleep. The number one thing I found when sleeping with this blanket is that it helped me stay asleep, to the point, I really did not want to leave my bed when it was time to wake up. It helps you stay in place while you sleep so you don't toss and turn at night, keeping you asleep and comfortable.Now that is starting to get warmer, I have the option to take the cover off and have the cool feeling of the blanket on me.Final suggestions on choice. I think if I were to buy a different one, I would still definitely get one that has the soft cover. I probably would get a smaller size though since the full size is too big for one person but not quite big enough for two. If I were sleeping alone, then this size would be perfect though. I also would probably get the 15 lbs even though by the suggested weights, I fall into the 12 lbs class, I'm a little to strong for the 12 lbs. So if you're deciding on what weight to get, please consider your muscle strength in addition to weight.All in all, a great company and I feel good supporting a small business offering a great product.

Short version: This took some getting used to, but I'm really liking it. Amazing customer service...they helped my inexperienced self.Longer: So I got 1 of these on a whim at Christmas, knowing very little about weighted blankets. This one came highly reviewed, so I took a chance on a 20 lb. (I'm 6'1", 230). It was too heavy. I swear it almost hurt to sleep under it. I realized really quick that it wasn't for me. I contacted Quility, and they worked with me at every turn. I ended up exchanging it for a 12 lb, and I have really enjoyed it. Top notch help.Quality - This is a really well-made blanket. When I realized I didn't like the 20 lb, I still recognized the quality of this blanket. The cover felt great. The weight distribution was good, and the ability to remove the top cover was a huge plus.Weight - I don't know what to suggest here. I feel that it's really subjective to who is under the blanket, really. The 20 lb wasn't for me, but the 12 has been nice.If you know you want a weighted blanket, this is an awesome one to consider.

It was so very helpful to have the "blanket weight guideline" so you know how heavy or light to go depending on the weight of the person.Well, my husband 1st bought this weighted blanket for himself last year and he CAN'T STOP BRAGGING ON IT!!! He has difficulty sleeping and this blanket has helped him get a little more sleep. I don't use the blanket because I'm always hot and this blanket helps keep in your body heat under the covers. I actually bought one for my 21-yr-young daughter in December 2019 since she has difficulty sleeping as well, and she also loves it!!!Although I don't use this blanket, I absolutely LOVE how soft the cover feels and how easily the cover comes off to clean it. When replacing the cover, just make sure to match up the inside weighted blanket with the inside cover of the weighted blanket as the length and width are different sizes. I used the tags that were already on the inside weighted blanket and outside cover of the blanket. The blanket can get quite heavy moving it around to tie up these little suckers. Please DO NOT get discourage about this because it is SO WORTH being able to actually wash your bedding. Some other weighted blankets don't give you that option. Oh my goodness, did I mention how SOFT the cover is and how easy it is to wash? LOLIf I have to purchase another weighted blanket again, it will ABSOLUTELY BE THIS ONE! I purchased the full size 12lb for myself and I weigh about 115lb. I feel like this is an accurate weight for me, but now that I've gotten used to it I may want to try the 15 lb in the future. I've always wondered if weighted blankets help with anxiety at night, and it DEFINITELY does! I feel so comfortable and fall asleep much faster now. I specifically picked this brand due to pricing and I wanted a blanket that had a soft cover, which the cover that comes with this blanket is very soft and comfortable to snuggle up with! I have had to remove the cover to wash and I didn't have any trouble getting the weighted blanket part back inside the cover, just have to make sure all sides of the cover are re-tied to the blanket itself on the inside to keep the blanket from sliding around. I highly recommend this blanket due to the reasonable price, the material is super soft, it has improved my comfort at night, and is easy to clean if needed. I also have to fight my dogs for the blanket! They instantly crawled under the first night using it and still do every night. I will definitely buy from this company again when needed.

This is a nice quality blanket. It is super soft on both sides and the weight is perfect for our 14 year old son. The filling does tend to pool in one end of the blanket unless you shake it out to readjust the filling, but it doesn't take long to do that when you are making your bed. It's a little expensive given you do have to readjust the filling.

Got it a few days, so far so good. Does the job. No issues with weight dispersion. I like that it has a washable cover. It does run hot but that's normal - using a flat beds heet can minimize that effect.
