Chef Mickey (Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Merchandise Custom Pub): Treasures from the Vault & Delicious New Favorites

I’m reviewing the kindle version of this book, not the content. The kindle version is very disappointing. There’s not way to highlight or book mark the pages. No notes, too. As someone who has come to appreciate kindle cookbooks, this book falls so far below the average kindle book, I’m going to return it and buy the physical copy.

I admit even as an amateur writer with a prolific writing passion, I keep an open mind to looking at different types of kindlebooks that combine some of my playful interests directly andor indirectly related to my current job. I admit that one of the reasons why this kindlebook that is Chef MickeyL Treasures From the Vault & Delicious New Favorites by Pam Brandon also caught my attention is because of the varied range of different recipes featured. There are even multiple pictures featured pertaining to the various recipes, including a picture that appears to be Walt Disney himself in what I am guessing a kitchen area (I inferred this from the multiple shiny glasses and the pristine looking cabinet in the background). Anyhow, some of the recipes featured in this kindlebook; Ginger Dressing, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette,Hollywood Derby Salad, watermelon arugula salad, honey mustard dressing, green goddess dressing, top of the world dressing, Disneyland Tuna burgers (listed to be from one of their pirate ship restaurants in California), bbq shrimp orleans, steak Diane, mushroom medley, creamy parmesan mashed potatoes, pumpkin seed cilantro butter, wine country wild berry cobbler, Braeburn Apple tart, rice cream with strawberry sauce, applesauce cake, and more.

I love this so much. I love that I can make some classic Disney recipes, including a couple of Walt Disney’s personal recipes, as well as recipes still used at the parks that I enjoy.

Got it as a gift for my daughter. I looked at it and I like it.

Gift for my daughter that loves Mickey

There is something very wrong with the display on this book. When I tried to see it on my kindle, half the page is cut off. No adjustments made it work.

Bought this for my mother in law as a gift, and she loved it! She's tried several recipes and says they're as close to Disney as she can get on a regular basis.

Excellent product with excellent delivery time and quality product , five stars all round , couldn't find it at Disney Florida so a welcome purchase

Didn’t download properly, hard to read on my kindle

My daughter has cooked so many creations from this book ! And to have been to these restaurants is like a walk down memory lane.
