BUDDIBOX iPhone 5s Case, [Shield] Slim Dual Layer Protective Case with Kickstand for Apple iPhone 5 / 5s / SE, (Red)

The Buddi Box iphone case was a pretty darn good buy. I gave it a four out of five stars due to the fact that it is so far reliable, lightweight, and convenient. It is lightweight yet it feels like it will protect my case from common everyday use. It is convenient and they have an assortment of colors. I have the red case and it looks fantastic. I purchased this when they had a sale and by far it is excellent for the price. It is reliable, I say this because it is easy to take off and put back on your phone. Like i said it will protect your phone from little falls and damage here and there. I have a 5s and in the back camera I have a magnet sticker that allows me to attach little camera lens on the phone, but I can only put them on without the case so I have to keep taking the case off and back on. It is easy though. This case also has a kickstand which is really good and sturdy... (For about 2 weeks). I use the kickstand a lot so it still clicks in and pops back out when I need it so it isn't that hard to pop off anymore. It's still good so far. If you want something that will maximize your phones protection then I would recommend you buy something with a lot more reliability with your phones protection. Hope this helped. I only had this case for about 1 1/2 weeks so I can't give you a more better review (time wise).

The case seems solid and my phone fits great in it (as I would hope being designed for this style phone). I have a couple small issues with the case and/or its manufacturing. First, it seems like the rubberized middle piece keeps one corner from fitting flush no matter what. It does appear to correct itself after some usage, but the initial assembly with that issue concerned me.Secondly, if the case (the top piece in particular) bends at all while assembling it around the phone, the shiny top layer of plastic/paint starts chipping right off. It's more of a stupid little annoyance, but I did buy the product expecting it to hold up as well as keep the phone safe, and having the paint/plastic chip immediately is a little worrisome at how well it will protect my phone.On the flip side, my phone did slip out of my hand the other day and the case held up, and no issues with the phone itself, so it is doing its job. I still like it, regardless of the chipping of the paint/plastic coating.

Very good overall.I wouldn't describe it as slim, it adds at least 1/10"-1/8" to the thickness of your phone and more on the sides/ends. On the other hand it protects your phone very well without the bulk and ugliness of an Otterbox Defender.Two big downfalls are the slipperiness of the case which makes it difficult to hold and text with one hand. The button to turn vibrate off and on is difficult to reach, I need to use a pen. But the lock button and volume work very well. The kickstand is better than expected.If you're looking for a case providing very good protection without excess bulk but still looks good, this is perfect.

Solid product, especially for the price. I've dropped my phone on tile since getting the box and the phone was completely unharmed.There are only two things that are not good. First it can be difficult for me to reach my fingers into the hole for the mute switch on the side, I have to use my pinkie. Also I was holding it in my hand while working out, and after gripping it for about an hour I noticed the black rubber grip around the edge had left smudges on my hand. Not a huge deal, washed right off. Quite happy with the product

Like the case. Feels great and isn't too big. It's the perfect size for a phone case. A few complaints however. But they're not too big a deal. The color of the case is not as shown in the picture it is a dark shiny red with a kind of shadowness to parts of it. But in reality it's a brighter almost pinkish tint to it with no shadowness. Also the top layer of the case doesnt for snugly to the phone but isn't bothersome unless you're messing with it. So not a big deal. But love the kickstand and the feel of the phone. So it's a great case.

This case should provide just enough protection for daily use and the kick stand is a nice feature that seems to be built strong enough to hold up for awhile. The case looks like metal but is plastic, so it may look rough as it wears, but time will tell. It came with a clear film for protecting the camera glass but as is always the case you practically need to apply it in a clean room. The smallest piece of dust will cause an air bubble that cannot be removed and will bug you until you rip it back off to discard it.

This is the second Buddibox case I have bought for my wife's iPhone. Overall she is very happy with them. She loves the color and the protection it gives the phone for a relatively low price. The only issue we have had is the finish scratching easily and peeling off in some cases. She does throw it in her purse, so she is a little rough with it, but I have seen other cases hold up better under that sort of use.

This iPhone 5 case was exactly as it is described and well worth the price. The kickstand worked great and is easy use for watching videos or using your phone hands-free. After having this case for just a few weeks, the kickstand broke off. I am giving Buddibox a 2nd chance and just ordered another case with a kick-stand for my iPhone 5. The kickstand works great and is easy use for watching videos and great for using it for Facetime.
