I have one of the neck fans from Torras with the cooling plates and was a big fan of the technology. This personal cooling fan has the same type of solid state peltier cooler integrated and it can serve a unique feature. I have played around with peltier coolers for years and enjoy finding them integrated into useful products. The cooling plate can get very cold in a few seconds as I checked with a thermal camera, 30-40f below ambient which is impressive for its small size. The heat gets rejected to a heatsink hidden in the fans air path. It shows that a lot of though went into the design of the cooling plate and it was not just an gimmick or afterthought.It should be good for quickly cooling hotspot or burns on your skin. It feels good on a hot forehead. I have not had a change to test it yet in the summer heat, but I can tell even at lower speeds it should cool nicely. I mostly use it below 30% fan speed and the airflow for the amount of noise is great. Even the lowest fan speed moves a ton of air. The battery seems to last a good amount of time and can even run just the fan when plugged in. the color is also very nice. It blends in well and isn't overly flashy. The size also makes it easy to fit in a bag or store in my car's center console to keep it with me when I need it.My only suggestions for improvement would be with the charging time and ability to use the cooling plate while charging. This is due to battery protection but would be great if they figure out how to make it work safely.

I didn’t mind the noise since I was outdoors at a music festival, but it’s something to consider if you're using it indoors or in quieter settings.Design & Portability: I love how sleek and streamlined the design is. The fan is about the height of my iPhone 14 Pro, which made it super easy to carry around in my hydration pack. It’s lightweight and compact, which is perfect for travel or festivals. There's a built-in clip at the bottom that tucks away when not in use—though I didn’t end up using it much because the fan fit easily into the side pocket of my bag. Another thoughtful design detail is the lock button on the back, which ensures the fan won’t accidentally turn on while it’s packed away.Extra Features: The cooling zone on the fan is a nice bonus—it gets cool quickly and was great for pressing against my forehead to help cool down faster. Not exactly essential, but definitely appreciated. I also really liked the front digital display, which clearly shows the current fan speed and battery level. I used the fan on the lowest speed for about two hours over four days and never had to recharge it, which was super convenient.Value: While the fan is on the pricier side, I think it’s worth the investment. It feels durable, performs better than other handheld fans I’ve tried, and has thoughtful design features that make it stand out. I'd rather spend a little more on a quality product that will last than buy something cheaper that might not hold up.Overall, I highly recommend this fan if you’re headed somewhere hot or humid. This handheld fan has a lightweight design and is solidly made, giving it a high quality feel. The wind power is surprisingly strong. A noticeable coolness can be felt when holding the fan close to your face. The noise is well controlled in the lower gears and comfortable to use; it is slightly noisier in the higher gears, but this is acceptable considering the strong wind power. Overall, this fan is practical and gave me a good experience, perfect for daily use or carrying around.

My wife and I have a couple of neck fans from TORRAS but I really love the TORRAS Coolify iva, it’s just different from any handheld fan I have used. It is small, quiet, lightweight and very powerful. This easy to carry fan can go with you anywhere and cool you off instantly. That's right, instantly because it has the Torras Coolify technology that will actually cool the air it blows. It’s like a hand held air conditioner and I love it. The fan is perfect for any occasion because the battery will run for hours on a single USB-c charge. It just clips to your backpack, purse, or luggage for quick access.

I just received this mini fan and it works well. It came 53% charged so I charged it to 100%. It has five settings from 01 to 100 and an ice cooler setting. I can't really tell the difference from the regular and the ice cooler setting unless I'm not doing something right. Anyway, I really like the motor on this little fan. It's sounds smooth and powerful. It's a neat little device and it will definitely cool you off. I haven't had the chance to take it out but hopefully I will soon. I'll try to come back and give an update after I use it a bit more but as of now I am satisfied and I feel it's worth buying.
