This is definitely one of the best looking maps I found on amazon. The poster material is very thick and high quality for the price. The colors are vibrant and vary from country to country. The scratch layer on the map is not brittle and actually took some effort to scratch off which was also nice. I mounted my map on a 30" x 40" canvas using spray adhesive and it looks fantastic! I highly recommend this product!

I think this will be a great way to keep track of all of my travels! It is fairly easy to scratch off. You do want to be extremely careful with the amount of pressure you use on it or you ca scratch off more than you intended. I let my 5 year old "help" and there is now a very noticeable white scratch in California. I have only visited 4 countries and a good portion of the United States. I hope to scratcn off more this year. The only negative for me was how rolled up it still is. It kept rolling back into its original shape while I scratched. I've had it out of the canister for a while trying to get it to lay flat and I've been unsuccessful in my attempt to make it flat.

I have a nice map like this that has pins but it is not the best thing to have with toddlers so I bought this map to replace it. I love that there are no pins and that you can scratch just specific small areas.The quality of the paper and the scratch off area is good, it has a pin that's included but I use a smaller one instead. The map has flags on the bottom to scratch off as well.

I just wish I could afford to travel further from my home, but I have mine hanging on my wall in my room. I have barely scraped anything off. I am still working on saving money so I can travel. It will happen later in life for me. I can't wait to scratch off all the spots I always dreamed of traveling to. In the future we won't need airplanes. lol

Love that this map is large enough to actually see the detail. Easy to scratch with the included tool. My only criticism is that it is not very colorful, so it’s difficult to differentiate between scratched and unscratched areas in places. It’s still a huge improvement over a smaller scratch map I used to have.

This is by far my favorite purchase ever. I always wanted a scratch off map so I could keep track of the different parts of the world I have been to. This map does a great job of placing all the countries it can on the map and even provides tools in order to scratch along the borders. I am going to purchase another one for my boyfriend!
