Works great but when we installed it we didn't want to tighten anything to tight because we were afraid it would break. Freon leaked out. Make sure you tighten it really good.

Very hard to install. Instal kit not included
The picture shows the lines are included, but they are not. Also it is very difficult to instal due to the inlets and outlets are different sizes and it doesn’t come with adapters. So plan on spending a few hours searching for the right adapters to hook it all up.

Awesome AC unit
This is a Hugh upgrade from my 2 tonne Panasonic. That one wasn't strong enough to keep the room at temp and this one barely runs. I can bring the room down to 65 no problem.
