Fraudulently sold as new
The item is not new - I tried to create an Apple account and it said the device has been used too many times to create a new account. This has clearly been used before and then repackaged but has not be marketed as secondhand.

Charging port malfunction
Literally two days after using it, I wake up in the morning and the charging port isn't working. Had to drop it to istyle to run an diagnostic test and fix it. Im very disappointed.
