Very disappointed. I had great expectations on this product. In the market since 1918, I thought it should be quite good.I was afraid of cold injury or skin freezing from such a powerful coolant as it is advertised. Fast delivery. Big sized can.The spray works fine. But, ...not cooling at all coming. Nothing. No cold. Not even a little cool. I did check expiration date. It expires in dec 2018.A year from now. A bag of ice could be more effective. Sorry and disappointed. I cant / wont return it. I did expend almost the whole can the same day trying to make it work. And my knee still on pain. Waste of money and time. Sorry.

This is an old standard in the sports medicine trade, and I have been using it for years, but the can in the last order contained a spray that was evidently much stronger than in the past. When spraying my own knee according to directions, in order to test it before using it on patients, I developed two severe blisters in the skin. I do not know whether or not this was an especially strong can or if the manufacturer changed the product, but I have not had that happen before. So I recommend that anyone using this spray test it first by spraying from a further distance and/or for less time than the instructions recommend until determining the strength of the product. I can attest that the cold effect is certainly real and as advertised.

This spray is not cold. I have used for years and this spray is terrible. Not sure what happened but also CAN NOT return thru Amazon.

I just reordered for the 3rd time. I coach my daughter’s soccer team (14 yrs old). I have used the spray the last 3 years. 2 cans easily last all season. The girls love it. They come up to me asking for the spray when they get kicked or stomped on.

Useless and ineffective.Wasye of money.

worthless piece of garbage, it does freeze anything, you have to spray the whole can in one use.

Nothing to complain about, great soothing relief for those hot burning itches.
