Q: Can this player connect to TV?

Yes, but analog only -- there is not a HD video output, you can only plug into the yellow-red-white RCA plugs on your TV (assuming your TV still has them; most do, but only in the back.)

Q: Is there more than one jack for the headsets? I want to be able to plug in two people.

No, just one jack. However, you can always buy a splitter (they don't cost too much) and then you solved your problem.

Q: CAN BATTERY BE REPLACED??

No, the rechargeable battery is built-in and doesn't appear to be replaceable--at least as far as the owner's manual indicates. The remote control has a battery that can be replaced.
