Item arrived on time. The box was not sealed but packaged well. The pump looked new and a couple minor scuffs that were possibly buffed on the cylinder. When switched on (very easy to setup), I did not get a prompt to select my language, instead it was already in German. I did manage to change the language to English using the manual however I was left feeling that this pump was already used although it did appear new.Our water pressure from the garden tap is low and the motion detection sprinklers don't work well (only one at a time). This was quickly resolved by installing the pump.The pump does work offering sufficient pressure for all 3 of my motion detection sprinklers to work simultaneously.I do have a couple leaks within my connectors to the sprinklers and the pump keeps turning on every 5 to 10 minutes causing noise during the night (so turned off at night until I fix that issue).Generally, the pump does its job. I wish it came supplied with the connectors to attach the garden hoze pipe which are the larger in diameter (1 inch) not the smaller standard size ones.
