High quality Calcium

No complaints. This is exactly what it's supposed to be and does what it's supposed to do. If anyone has issues with these capsules, maybe they're not consuming enough sodium or water or food with it. I have two ways that I consume these:1) I open the capsule and pour half of it into some warm water, always with lots of high quality, natural salt.2) Sometimes I just swallow one or two capsules whole while I'm having a meal.I always take it in conjunction with Life Enhancement Potassium Basics, which I consume in the exact same manner. If the weather is hot, I'll take twice as much of the Cal-Mag as usual because it decreases circulation and therefore helps to cool me down.I also like to add half of one of those 5-hour energy shots to keep me awake at work and I have not noticed any bad reaction by doing that.I wouldn't take it before bed, because the Vitamin D may keep you up for a while, as it's somewhat of a stimulant. Instead, I take ZMA before bed, which helps me sleep as well.I recommend keeping it in the fridge because the colder it is, the less bacterial growth you will have in the bottle. Extra bottles can be stored in the freezer.

Just bought it for my soon to be 101 year old Mom. She's active and although she eats healthy she needs additional vitamins and supplements. She hates having to swallow lots of pills, this combination is perfect for her. (Let me point out that the D3 helps the body absorbs Calcium and the DK carries the Calcium from your tissues to your bones where it does most good in combatting osteoporosis in older women).
