This stuff is incredible. I have suffered with vulvar eczema for years, this is the first thing I found that actually, really works. If you suffer from it, I highly, I highly recommend it. I was actually able to stop using steroids, because of this. At first, while getting the cycle of itch broken, I used this and also the maximum strength vagisil cream, purple box, Just using these two items, I have been able to break the cycle. I have found relief, after years, so I highly, very highly recommend this to anyone who has been suffering, and feels like there's no help inside. It took a couple months, but it worked for me.

If it's supposed to be soothing why is alcohol the first ingredient? It says it will eliminate itch but that's only because it burns so bad you'll forget about the itch. Don't recommend for lichen sclerosis delicate skin.
