Just wow!
I bought this product in an attempt to salvage some pricey garden clippers that I lost in my garden and then found a month later. I assumed they were rusted beyond repair. I soaked them in this product overnight, gave them a scrub with a brass brush, soaked for another couple hours, scrubbed again and then rinsed them. The clippers look like new. Absolutely amazing! Based on that success, I removed the rust off every tool in my toolbox with equal success! Equally impressive is the fact Thais product is free of noxious odors, doesn’t burn the skin, didn’t damage the finish on the butcher block top of my toolbox and didn’t damage the plastic grips on any of my tools. I’ve tried a dozen different rust removers over the years and nothing touches this stuff!

Tried and True
I try to keep things cleaned as much as possible before putting into evaporust as its not cheap and want to minimize the contamination. Generally the stuff works amazing, I just bought some more after a while of not using. The plan is to plate some hardware with zinc, and this should be more comprehensive with rust removal than grinding, and less work too. I believe the process is called Chelation. It is generally safe for other materials and non toxic. Magic! Dont always get that lucky. Essential for restoring old motorcycles.

Seems to work pretty good...
5-13-2025, Revision: A...I bought a new brake rotors for an up and coming brake job on my car. The problems is, that the old houses pole barn leaked rain water onto my new rotors. Luckily just one of them got rusted. I bought a gallon and placed the rust remover and rotor into a coolant drain pan. It took overnight to get it all. So far so good. It has left a slight blackish color to the rotor. It looks like it will be usable.Next up is an old large Square (L shaped ruler). Its has surface rust on it. TBD...

Works great
I do not often write reviews on a product. Usually, when I do, it is for a bad one. Not so in this case. This product has allowed me to fully restore to a new like condition some tools that I inherited from my grandfather. Some are over 120 years old. The product worked fully as advertised. With a gallon of CRC I filled to 1/4 depth a plastic container at a size that fit my tools. I soaked them for several days. Then, with a drill press running a medal brush, I buffed them. It turned out perfectly. I know some metal can be so deeply pitted that removing rust is nearly impossible. Still, in spit of that being the case with a few of my tools, it came out fine--just a bit more buffing. I highly recommend this product.

Works Go
Does what it says it does. Made many of my sockets and wrenches and other tools look almost New. Removes Rust but you need to go by the recommendations, i forgot and left some items in it for 5-6 days and it ended up forming a black residue that was a pain to get off.

It is a fantastic product
We bought this product in 2018. It is amazing. I’m a woman and decided the tools needed help my husband thought they were fine-so guy thinking. I was astonished at how terrific and easy it was no. No odor, harmful chemicals, just real cleaner well worth the money.

Works very well, exceed my expectations!
This isn’t an infomercial type material , this stuff works well. Pictures are before and after for the hammer and the receiver was from a 75 yr old shotgun. Soaked overnight and cleaned it right up. Rinse with water then treat the metal so it doesn’t flash rust. Very impressive.
