Permatex 80050 Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant, 3 oz

Not much to say. It's a clear silicone sealant/gel in a tube. You squeeze it where you want it; you smooth out/wipe off the excess; it smells like vinegar for a while and cures at room temperature (RTV = Room Temperature Vulcanizing) to a clear, rubbery, waterproof finish. Like any other silicone sealant (not to be confused with "siliconized" acrylic), it won't take paint, so pick a color that's close to what you're working on. Clear works in most situations.I don't bother with the cap after I open the tube. I leave the nozzle in place and thread a tight-fitting screw into the nozzle hole. It doesn't dry out; I don't have to clean out the nozzle each time and there's no waste.

I repaired weather striping on rv. Adhesive had come loose. Worked like a charm. Make sure to hold in place for 24 hours to cure.

Easy to use, works well, definitely worth the money. No complaints would recommend.
