2 Pack Sleep Mask Silk Eye Mask Satin Blindfold Tie Black, 150 cm(Black)

Ordered these for a simple blindfold that isn't shaped like a sleeping mask. These fit the bill based on description and the way they looked in the picture, but having received them, they didn't actually work in practice for what I wanted them for. You can't make a tight enough knot/bow to tie them because of how silky satin smooth they are. I mean don't get me wrong, the material feels great, and even comfortable up against your eyelids, but there in is another problem. The material doesn't let you tie it tight enough and in any way to block light or you open up your eyes just slightly to see at the bottom of the blindfold. Thereby, being able to cheat and look at whatever you're using the blindfold to help you not look at whatever it is that you didn't want to look at, etc.For me, I wanted to use these as a way of practicing doing crocheting blind-like. In that regard, I intended to be able to put either of these two on and just start away at using a crochet to do out any pattern that I was working on, all without seeing my work. Problem is after just a minute or so, the blindfold seem to get looser and looser, calling for me to retie and/or reposition it, to just keep going.Would I recommend this product, no if intended purpose is as a blindfold or sleep mask, it'll likely come loose while you wearing it.

I like it, it’s very silky and soft but you can still see in it! It’s not sheer but the way it’s made your nose will prop up the bottom where you’ll be able to see.
