Q: How can I get a replacement felt liner in the US, or deep-clean it? I've had my teapot for over a decade, and the liner has gotten really shabby.

Hello, Thank you for your interest in Degrenne. Please note our Salam porcelain base is dishwasher safe. The cover of the teapot we recommend wiping down with the slightly damp cotton towel. Then use a cotton towel to dry. We recommend not using dish soap on the outside cover or the interior felt lining. Thanks, Degrenne North America
