I've tried many products, both cleansers and lotions for rosacea. I've been using this cleanser, Rosacare, in combination with Joesoef sulfur soap, and it's under control now. I alternate between them because the Rosacare is not as drying. I would recommend.

Since using this face wash my skin has been so much more smoother and less red! I have been struggling for months figuring out what to use for my rosacea and came a cross this one and I will not use any other face wash anymore!

This cleanser is pretty good. I struggle with exzema breakouts pretty often on the parts of my face where my hairline and scalp meets the rest of my face and this has helped me calm those down a lot. I get dry scaly patches that usually don't respond to hydrating treatments while this shampoo has minimized those dramatically even during my worst flare ups, which is such a relief because it works quick and hydrates the super dry skin.

This cleanser is doing great things for my skin. I don't have rosacea per say, but I do get redness around where my nose and cheeks meet. I've been using the Redness Reducer line in a high end department store brand, but this stuff seems to be getting me better results in the time I've been using it. As another reviewer points out - it's not a traditional soap product, it's a cleansing cream. It's not meant to foam - it's meant to cleanse and sooth, which it does quite well. It has a light, slightly scent that I enjoy, despite stating that they don't use fragrance. I've been using it twice a day and it seems like there has been a reduction in the redness on my face. I like that this cleanser uses things like Hyaluronic Acid and Niacinamide, both of which are good at reducing inflammation. I like that this product is more natural than the big name brand, and that I can pronounce and understand more of the ingredients. It feels slightly cooling, and my face is very soft and moisturized feeling when I use this cleanser. I will continue to use this, and I will also be buying a bottle for my niece, who does have rosacea so that she can try it out as well.

I do not have rosacea, and I did not choose this because of that I actually chose this specifically because of the ingredients listed in the description and on the bottle shown in the images.My father does have rosacea sometimes so I might let him try it out… if I feel like sharing. 😉I’ve never had a face wash that contains thiamine and riboflavin. I have used niacinamide and biotin in skin care products before, but it’s usually in serums or lotions, not a cleanser. Continuing down the ingredients list, it’s not common to see the other B vitamins (pyridoxine, folate, and cobalimin) in skin care. There are lots of other fantastic ingredients, but that is really the main reason why I wanted to try this. I know how amazing all of the other ingredients are for your skin and how the B vitamins are internally.The scent is very light and soft. The texture is also very light and creamy. I am really enjoying it so far and I am loving to use this in the middle of the day or after working out. It makes my skin look and feel very revived and healthy and I love that this is a creamy way too deep clean, especially after a good sweat session.
