CucinaPro Double Coffee Brewer Station - Dual Coffee Maker Brews two 12-cup Pots, each with Individual Heating Elements

We LOVE this coffee maker. NO- it doesn't have auto-shutoff, it doesn't claim to in the description, so quit knocking it down stars from something that you didn't research enough! This is a simple, one-switch (for each side) dual-pot coffee maker. The feature is that both my husband and I can each have our own special flavored coffee, everyday! Some users complain of the placement of the overflow holes in the back of the machine. They ARE placed where they COULD cause water to leak out when filling the water reservoir if you aren't careful to avoid pouring over these holes. I just use care when filling the reservoir and it's never been a problem. It's not a deal-breaker! Some users complain of the baskets not seating properly, I'm sorry- but this is user error. It's not that complicated and if you move it around a little it seats perfectly and the door closes and it makes great coffee. We only ever make a 1/2 pot or less, because we make 2 different flavored coffees and neither of us would survive drinking an entire pot, and it brews the 1/2 pot just fine- nice, dark, rich coffee... the way we like it. It came with 2 reusable filters, but we use the good old-fashioned paper filters, that's just our personal preference. I like the reservoir gauge, as well, it helps me to know exactly how much water I've added rather than a rough estimation like with many coffee makers. So glad I purchased this machine!

Good machine, but after two years of service one side stopped working completely. I am a senior engineer so fixing things is easy for me.BUT, beware, no replacement parts are available.UPDATE 8/25/18Unit failed! One side stopped working completely. Over $100 and it fails after 8 months. I expected more from Amazon than to simply refuse to replace it! I will have to seriously reconsider my practice of going with Amazon first. With this kind of customer service I could do just as well at K-Mart.

We love having a dual coffee-maker, as my husband drinks regular coffee, and I drink decaf. This enables us to each make a pot of coffee first thing in the morning, and is really convenient when guests are present, as you can make several pots of coffee, so everyone can have a cup!When it arrived, one side would not work, but we discovered a lose tube from the water reservoir, and once we attached it, both sides work well. Temperature is hot enough to brew a nice full-bodied coffee.

I purchased this product on 1/5/2018. The left side has stopped working, the reservoir will not empty and send the water through for brewing. I seen online that this product is not available at this time or if it ever will be (makes me wonder how good this product really is). My return time has now passed (March) but I wish there was something that could be done. I really liked it. Can anyone help or any suggestions?

Coffee maker works fine, but it doesn't automatically shut off. Did not work for our office because it would be left on all night.

When I met my wife over twenty years ago, she bought us a Krups double-pot coffee maker, as she drank decaf, and I drank "Hi-Test".That machine was simple and direct, no computer, no gadgets, and served us well for all these years. It finally failed in several ways, and we were unable to find a small appliance service able to repair it (duh). I had been looking for a suitable replacement for several years, but Krups stopped making them and no other was available.The CucinaPro, which popped up on Amazon recently, fills the bill extremely well. Simple and straightforward, it makes coffee very well and does keep it hot. No timer? Oh, dear, how American consumers do need their conveniences. Just set the coffee to go the night before, and hit the "on" buttons as you're heading to the bathroom!One gripe, hence only four stars: The filter baskets do not accept the commonly-sold gold filters. The unit comes with two appropriately-sized mesh filters, and one can use #2 Melitta paper filters, but I was hoping to salvage the gold filters from my old Krups. They will not fit. CucinaPro- what's up with that design flaw?Other than that, we are extremely glad to have found this coffeemaker and have no problems with it at all.Good coffee!
