Missing portion of the kit
I just opened this package to use it for the first time and the tube of color base was missing. So odd, and I’m outside of the return window. What a disappointment.

Too dark
This was supposed to be a light brown instead it is a dark brown. I left it on for 8 minutes and the color really grabbed. I am not sure if that was too long but I would be afraid to try it again.
