Hello. Does this sealer is suitable for my scooter oil krancase gasket( to sealed it) ?

The Ultra Gray is the BMW Motorrad replacement gasket material for case applications. If it's recommended for BMW motorcycles it's probably great for a scooter.

Can ultimate grey be used to hang a rear view mirror to the windshield. Mine falls off every few months.

I used high temp double sided epoxy tape. Wash the windshield and the mating surface on the mirror with detergent and rinse. Do not get any finger oil where you will be adhering. using 600 grit sandpaper, lightly abrade an area of the windshield that will be hidden by the mirror trim. Do the same for the mating surface. Apply the tape (or this adhesive) per manufacturer's instructions. Do it late in the day or in a garage so it's not in a baking car. Give it a chance to cure. If possible, bend a coathanger or something to give the mirror support while it's curing.

can this be used on water pump Bolt threads?

You bet. Just follow the instructions on the tube precisely.

Will it help on a valve cover gaskets?

Yes, just make sure you have a uniform thickness on the contact surface. I will usually only put it on the valve cover and not on the head.
