Q: How many chips are in a 1 oz. bag? My 12 yr. old grandson wants spicy. Which is spicier - chili or nachos?

There are about 10 or 15 chips in the bag. They do crush easily. Chili ones are spicier.

Q: How is the fat "reduced" in these? -Recipe mixture or cooking method? (Some of us recall the olestra debacle of the last century and are leery)

There is just a reduced amount of the flavor coating. These were okay at first, but then I found that I was eating more of them to get that full nacho taste. :)
